The location was excellent, right in the heart of the historic centre, and you could walk everywhere. It was also very close to the metro station. Even though it was in the city centre, the soundproofing was excellent!and a very comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean, with stains on the walls and floor. On the second day, someone entered the room but did not change the towels, take out the rubbish, or clean the room. We actually had to ask where we could get fresh towels ourselves. The bathroom door could not close properly because the floor had swollen due to moisture. The toilet cistern also leaked water onto you after flushing. It’s a shame, because the location is excellent and the property could be much better with more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
