The size, location and cleanliness but MOST of all the staff, from Enzo meeting us on arrival, communication with the team spot on, breakfast team so friendly and helpful but most of all Diletta who I’ve been dealing with since coming home and realising I had left my jewelry box in the apartment safe and she has managed to locate it and is returning it to me - I honestly can’t thank the team enough we had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend - THANK YOU!!

Apartment was big (especially bathrooom) and spacious. Quiet location. Breakfast was very good and Enzo was so helpful.
The stairs to get up to 2nd floor apartment with all our luggage. No lift.

Always happy to have a tub but this one was a gigantic jacuzzi tub that took some time to fill and never came to close to covering the jets. Also the tiled stairs up to the shower and tub were excessively slippery so we lined the steps with towels to prevent injury.

I like how clean it was upon entering and the quietness of building.
I was really confused why the breakfast is a block away at their other location? Plus both doors were lock so when they buzz me in , it only open the main door. All the reviews showed the breakfast at 64 duomo, the booklet in the room says nothing either.
