Rosario, front of house staff, was incredibly helpful with instructions on how to get to the address from the station before we had even landed at Naples. On arrival at the hotel, which is in a fantastic location amongst coffee shops and across from the Cathedral, and just around the corner from the Historic Quarter, he supplied us with a local map along with the names and addresses of restaurants and places we should visit, highlighted on it. Breakfast was fantastic, before we went out for the day. Always on hand with advice and answer to any questions that we had. He, and the rest of the staff at the hotel, made our stay all the more enjoyable. Well done team 💙

Rosario could not do enough for us, he made us feel like we were at home. The view from our room of the Duomo was stunning. The building itself was beautiful.

The room was very bright and the tiny terrace has a great view. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small. Although the shower was large enough, the bathroom itself was very small. The hairdryer and TV didn't work or didn't work well. The location was convenient but with convenience comes lots of street noise, and the walls were thin.
