It is close to a metro station. There is a balcony with a city view. We could store the luggage in the apartment area and get them back at our own time. As we had to leave early, the host gave us an option to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant.
We had to change lift and the lifts are very small and old fashioned. When we took back the luggage, we had to insert 20 cents Euro to use the lift. Not sure whether the lift is operating free of charge for only a certain time period. Actually we had to ask a neighbour how to operate the lift as there was no response after we inserted the coin. Another major issue is that the curtains are non-blackout curtains. You would wake up when sun rises.

Breakfast service was excellent, they provided more than we could eat, so we asked them to cut back, which they did. Location was perfect to see the historic sites of Naples. The Museo Acheologico is a block away, and the bus line to Capodimonte has a stop near Museo 19. We were walking distance from the Duomo, the Cappella Sansevero, and the Spanish Quarter.
We had a mix up on the arrival information. The message did not arrive on Whatsapp, probably because of a problem with our phone service when we arrived. We did not understand there was not a person on site, but rather a remote/contactless check-in. We were able to reach Francesca by another phone and she patiently talked us through the process to get into the room. It was after we were in the room that the detailed message arrived on Whatsapp.

A comfortable room within a modern apartment, located very close to the city centre. The historic part of the city is within easy walking distance. There is a grocery store, cafés, and a metro station nearby. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the exceptionally detailed instructions they provided before our arrival.

Alicia was very helpful and attentive. She showed us on the map the main places to see and what to do.
Nothing. The city and surroundings wer not exactly love at first sight but I guess one either hates or likes this old city in Italy with its rich history and cuisine.
