Casa Donna Francy City Center

I spent one night at Casa Donna Francy, and it was so good that I could easily have stayed longer. Nothing was missing. The location is excellent, the area felt safe, and the room was big, clean, and well equipped. There’s also a shared kitchen available for guests (I didn’t use it), plus a coffee machine with capsules ready to enjoy. Communication with the owner was great. I received all the information I needed on time, and any time I had a question, I got a quick and helpful reply.

I wouldn’t say there was anything negative, but just as a reminder: the flat is on the third floor with no lift. The stairs are wide and well lit, though, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Właściciel obiektu zupełnie nie zna języka angielskiego. Pierwszego dnia po dotarciu na miejsce otrzymaliśmy jedynie kod do otworzenia bramy na dole, a do mieszkania nie. Czekaliśmy prawie godzinę płacząc aż właściciel odbierze telefon i poda nam właściwy kod. Dodatkowo nigdzie nie jest napisane, że mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze oraz że będziesz mieszkać jeszcze z innymi ludźmi, ponieważ są dwa pokoje do wynajęcia. Wróciliśmy do mieszkania po obiedzie a w nim byli obcy ludzie, bardzo nas to zszokowało. Co więcej nie działała spuczka w toalecie, którą musieliśmy sami naprawić.
