Fantastic Location can not be any better. We didn't need to ride any form of transport. Design and decor of the place and rooms are very well thought for. The owner put a lot of effort. Feels like you are in the early 1900 despite being super new.

The description of the place must clearly include and state it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Luckily no one of us had mobility issues nor that we had any suitcase. Otherwise it would have been a nightmare. The internet was really bad the whole period. The place was clean(ish).

Great location, really comfortable and clean room in lovely building. We spoke to host on phone and he was always helpful and able to advise us. We did meet the caretaker/cleaner who was so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable and welcome.

It took us a while to find it from the street but we just called the host.

Very central, very easy to manage and the host was really helpful specially that we arrived at midnight and he let the key for us and kept in contact even late evening because our flight was delayed. You can go to a main street just 3 min walk and eat good food. The apartment we rented was a family one and was sooo beautiful with lots of wood and vintage decoration.

Not the property itself, but the neighborhood is a little bit sketchy with many people using drugs at night. Also, you need to go up with baggages 4 big floors and the elevator is broken.

Once inside the building, it was better than how it appeared on the outside. The room was quiet and nicely furnished. The air conditioner worked great. I did feel secure inside the building.

Communication with the owner was not good. He did not let us know ahead of time how to get into the building or where to park. We ended up having to get ahold of him on WhatsApp because he didn't respond to Booking.com messages. His instructions were confusing so we had to call him. He does not understand English very well at all. I asked him about parking at the building and he gave me the name of a parking garage, which charged much more than what he said it would. He advertised parking and shuttle services, which was the garage, and calling us a taxi, which I again had to pay more than what he told us. The building itself was very hard to find - we had to ask several people on the street where it was. The only reason we were initially able to get into the building was because another person was leaving. The buzzer on the street didn't work. No one answered the buzzer at the B&B door. His rooms are located on the top floor (5th) and the elevator had clearly not been working for awhile. If I had not prepaid, I would not have remained.
