A lot of things. In summary what you see on Booking.com (you need to review your quality rating) is not an accurate reflection of the property. The photos are either outdated or misleading. On a general note, the area is bad. Won't recommend it at all for solo female travellers, and generally if you are staying in Naples for a while, stay in a different area. The property is in an old building of 6 blocks and it is flat-sharing with two other rooms, all kitchen facilities shared. Front door lock needs to be replaced. Bed and mattress old, bathroom fine but low pressure shower. Not enough wall sockets. Needs paint and better cleaning. The flat felt safer inside than the area outside. I understand budget traveling and accommodation but it should be accurately reflected when booking for those not interested in this.
