It’s is in a good location close to Naples central station, staff were welcoming it made for a good base for a couple of days in Naples.

I had no issues with accommodation

The room was good for a night, more like a hostel, the host was helpful and gave good directions plus allowed us to drop Our bags off so we could head up to Vesuvius without our bags.

The location is not very nice, we had to step over bags of rubbish to get into the building and at night it didn’t feel safe walking around. There were people taking drugs and homeless outside the window so the balcony was pointless. The bathroom had a macerator for the toilet so you couldn’t put tissue in it and the bin was tiny and broken so this wasn’t pleasant.

Great location near the train station. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

I paid for bag storage and my bag was left in front of the reception desk all day, including after staff left for the evening (even though I asked what time to be back before staff left because I was taking the night train). Anyone could have walked away with it or gone through it. Fortunately, all but one pocket was locked secure. However, this is not secure storage.

The location is great. My partner and I landed at Naples Airport and took a shuttle bus to Piazza Giribaldi. The accommodation was no more than 5 minutes on the shuttle, quick and cheap. It is right beside the Metro Station and many bus/ tram stops only few minutes away. We stayed only 1 night as Naples, we used their self check in option as we had a late flight. The staff provided detailed instructions via WhatsApp that were clear and very easy to follow. Despite arriving late, in the area there were many late restaurants. Location and check in was 10/10!! The room was super clean and specious ( we stayed in Claudia). The bathroom was newly renovated and all around very nice room. There were three different size towels, extra pillows and blankets.

We had a slight issue with the shower. It was quite hard to regulate between hot and cold water. It was going super hot or super cold. The bed was not as comfortable, just a bit hard for us.
