Even the studio was clean and comfortable the location such as the building was less nice

Inside flat was clean and comfortable

We chose this place because of the pool. To our disappointment on both days it was closed! There was a party upstairs until 2 am you could hear music and drunk people dropping glasses on the floor. The bunk bed for my daughter was extremely hard and uncomfortable for her to sleep on!

Jestem zadowolona.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, pięknie urządzone, wygodne łóżko, z ciekawym oświetleniem, ciche. Łatwy dostęp do kluczy. Darmowy parking zadaszony bardzo na plus, na dole możliwość skorzystanie z niedużego basenu. Bezpłatne WiFi. Wszystko na plus, mankamentem może być lokalizacja, jeśli przyjeżdża się na zwiedzanie Szczecina, miejsce to jest oddalone od Centrum.

Fehlende Familienfreundlichkeit und nicht zentral gelegen.

Moderne, saubere Wohnung mit kleinen Give aways (Auswahl an Instant Kaffee, Tee, Seifenblasen, Shampoo etc.) Freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer trotz Sprachbarrieren. Das kostenlose Parkhaus ist super.

Unser Aufenthalt begann mit fehlenden, wichtigen Informationen zum Check- In. Da es sich um eine Wohnung in einem riesigen neuen Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, konnte man mir und meinen 2 Kindern vor Ort auch nicht weiterhelfen. Eine Kommunikation in deutsch oder englisch mit den Schwimmhallen- Mitarbeitern und Hausbewohnern war fast unmöglich. Nach einem Telefonat mit den Ansprechpartnern konnten wir die Wohnung endlich beziehen. Leider ging die Parkkarte 2x während des Aufenthaltes nicht, was ziemlich ärgerlich war. Das Zentrum von Stettin ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Von einer zentralen Lage kann man also nicht unbedingt sprechen. Die Wohnung wurde als Familienfreundlich eingestuft, was ich leider nicht bestätigen kann. Der nächste Spielplatz ist mind. 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Um das Haus herum herrscht Baustelle. Die Wohnung hat max. 2 gleichgroße Stühle, was ein gemeinsames Essen ab 3 Personen unmöglich macht. Das Hauptbett ist nur 1,40m breit. Es fehlten in der Küche, Suppenteller, Pfanne und Backpapier. Netflix und W-LAN funktionierten lediglich am ersten Abend und trotz Hinweis an den Vermieter passierte nichts. Wir haben 2 Silberfische gefunden, was aufgrund der Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei der Bewertung nicht ins Gewicht fiel.

Miło i przyjemnie

Bardzo duży pokój,przestronna łazienka. Na wyposażeniu żelazko, deska, suszarka na pranie pralka, W kuchni wszystkie sprzęty tj zmywarka lodówka kuchenka, sejf, talerze sztućce. Możliwość korzystania z basenu oraz siłowni. Plus za duży parking zawsze były miejsca wolne o której godzinie się nie przyjeżdżało.

Na minus brak informacji, że w ciągu dnia basen jest zamknięty dla grup zorganizowanych i nie można z niego korzystać. Cena za godzine 25zl dziecko oraz 50zł dorosły

Pobyt bardzo udany. Z pewnością skorzystam ponownie.

Apartament zachwyca doskonałą lokalizacją – blisko centrum, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, co zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek. Wnętrze jest wyjątkowo gustownie urządzone, co tworzy przyjemną i elegancką atmosferę. Czystość w apartamencie stoi na najwyższym poziomie, a wygodne, duże łóżko gwarantuje doskonały sen. Dodatkowym atutem jest darmowy, bezpieczny parking, który bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Całość sprawia, że pobyt tutaj to czysta przyjemność i z pewnością polecam to miejsce każdemu!

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Es war sehr sauber und die zentrale Lage. Und unten das kleine Geschäft im Haus hatte bis spät abends geöffnet, wo man noch eine heisse Pizza zur späten Stunde noch bekam.

Der Topper hatte dunkle Flecken und müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Es müsste auch ein Hinweis im Zimmer liegen, wie der Fernseher bedient wird. Wie man das Hallenbad im Haus nutzen und dass man das nur gegen Gebühr nutzen kann, ob man die Nutzung des Bades mit EC Karte bezahlen kann, da man kein Bargeld hat.

Udany pobyt w komfortowym apartamencie.

Dużo podróżuję ( poziom 3 w programie lojalnościowm Genius ) i mogę stwierdzić , że to jeden z lepszych apartamentów na wynajem, które odwiedziłam. Wyposażenie, funkcjonalność i wystrój wnętrza znakomite. Zastosowano materiały wysokiej jakości i najnowsze technologie wyposażenia wnętrz (sufity napinane, zaawansowany system sterowania oświetleniem) . Gospodarze bardzo pomocni.

Czysto, ładnie, wygodnie, duża przestrzeń, piękne wymyslone oświetlenie i kominek (sztuczny). Parking obok bloku bez kombinacji z szukaniem miejsca.

Brak biurka do pracy (jest okrągły stolik). Zapach wilgoci w mieszkaniu (po czasie go już nie czuć). To tyle ale jak miał bym się przyczepić, to brak ekspresu na kapsułki (jest kawa herbata czajnik) ;)

- Apartament nowoczesny, pięknie wykończony z wyjątkowymi dodatkami w postaci np. sztucznego kominka czy oświetlenia pod sufitem i łóżkiem. - Bardzo czyste wnętrze. - Kosmetyki pod prysznic. - Bardzo dobre wyposażenie (pralka, suszarka, zmywarka), niczego nie brakowało. - Darmowy parking obok budynku (bardzo na plus) - Wygodne łóżko (podwójne)

- Nowoczesne budownictwo ma to do siebie, że gdy sąsiad wraca późno, to na górze o 2 w nocy chodząc po swoim mieszkaniu mamy wrażenie, że przebiega stado słoni. - Możemy się zamknąć w mieszkaniu tylko na górny zamek, który można otworzyć od zewnątrz kluczem, nie ma żadnego zabezpieczenia dla osób w środku. - Brakowało mi jakiegoś koszyczka pod prysznicem by umieścić tam szampon.
