It's a really nice place) Although I'd like it to be cleaner, the linen was fresh, and the bathroom was private (but you have to walk from the room down the hallway on the same floor to get to it). The host is really nice and helpful. The kitchen has everything needed, including water, sugar, tea, and disposable cutlery. There are a few free parking slots for guests.
My bed was a bit squeaky. I'd like to have better soundproofing from the hall.
