It is actually a big party hall with rooms, the whole building and the furniture makes it looks like a palace with all those gold plated furnitures, staircase grills, classy wall decors, luxurious lightings, etc.

Bathrooms could be a bit bigger, the shower in specific could be a bit bigger, water from the shower takes 2 to 5 mine to drain after use.

A very average stay

The location was good for the onward travel

Our room had no window blinds or curtains. Exchange of information was by sms only. I informed the owner that there were no bulbs in neither of or night lamps. No reaction to this message. Also the shower cubicle was dirty. To sum up the experience it felt like a bit better than a worker's hostel.

We did only have 2 blankets, and we were 4 people. There was no curtain for the window. The room wasn’t clean at all and the door had a hole so no privacy. No one came to great us at arrival or say goodbye when we left, just a message about where the keys were.

The place is well kept, clean and the staff responded swiftly to all our concerns and needs. It seems like a lovely venue for a wedding or other family celebration.

We were not aware that there would be a party on the night we stayed there - I wish we were informed at the time of booking about a planned noise disruption. However, the owner reassured us that the party was going to end by 10 pm, which it indeed did by 10.45 pm.

The area is just simply wonderful, we loved to be surrounded by nature. Without car it's not that easy to get there, but with a little preparation it's manageable and is worth it. The building is very special, spacious, light, clean and comfortable. We felt like travelling back in time. :)

Considering it's a canal and lake area, there have been loads of mosquitos. Mosquito nets on the windows would make it easier to deal with this.

Empfehlenswert!

Ruhige Lage außerhalb von Stettin. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, aber leider nicht so glamourös wie die Bilder, jedoch für eine Nacht war es ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab in jedem Falle leckeres Essen abends und morgens und frisches Bier!

Mehr Schein als Sein

Das Ambiente des Hotels ist wirklich beeindruckend und bleibt sofort im Gedächtnis. Das gesamte Haus ist im prachtvollen Barock-Stil gestaltet – mit viel Weiß, goldenen Akzenten, Marmorimitat, verschnörkelten Details, großen Gemälden und einem insgesamt sehr prunkvollen Erscheinungsbild. Man fühlt sich beinahe wie in einer anderen Zeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Garten hinter dem Hotel, der ebenso stimmig gestaltet wurde und die Atmosphäre perfekt abrundet. Für besondere Anlässe wie Hochzeiten, Jubiläen oder andere Feierlichkeiten bietet dieses Ambiente eine traumhafte Kulisse, die einen festlichen Rahmen schafft und für unvergessliche Erinnerungen sorgt.

Das Ambiente war leider auch schon das Highlight des Hotels. Unser Eindruck war, dass das Haus vor allem auf Feierlichkeiten ausgerichtet ist. Für Reisende wirkt es eher wie eine einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, nahe an der deutschen Grenze. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die meisten Gäste nur eine Nacht blieben – sei es Lieferanten oder Durchreisende, ein Pärchen mit Fahrrädern u.ä. Das Frühstück für 10 € pro Person war den Preis nicht wert. Es gab wenige Aufbackbrötchen, etwas Brot, ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Käse sowie etwas Gemüse. Auf Wunsch wurde Rührei serviert, das jedoch teils extrem versalzen war. Das Personal war zwar stets freundlich und bemüht, dennoch gab es auch hier Schwächen: In unserem Dreibettzimmer fehlte die Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa. Nach einigen Versuchen auf Englisch erhielten wir diese zwar, doch das Sofa selbst war sehr unbequem – ein Metallgelenk drückte direkt in die Hüfte. Die Betten waren zudem sehr hart, was sicherlich Geschmackssache ist, für mich aber nicht angenehm. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eher das nur wenige Minuten entfernte Nachbarhotel bevorzugen (das englische Wort für "Silber"), das moderner ausgestattet ist und zusätzlich Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Sauna bietet. Das Personal dort sprach dazu fließend Englisch.
