Very comfortable apartment. Ideal for short stay. Excellent communication with the owner. They made an effort to prepare the accommodation for us earlier that was very kind of them

Good and friendly communication, easy to find, very clean, spontaneously available and uncomplicated. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. All amenities available including tea and coffee. Nice shower. Lift so no stairs was a plus. Area was quiet and orderly. Nice balcony.

The only small thing was that in the living room I didn’t find a way to make the lighting a bit dimmer in the evening. The only options were bright and super bright but apart from that everything was great.

Mieszkanie czyste. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Blisko centrum. Sporo miejsc parkingowych.

Drobna inwestycja w nowe szklanki, kubki poprawi komfort wynajmujących. I przydałaby się szafka z lampką obok łóżka w sypialni, półka na kosmetyki, uchwyt na papier toaletowy i wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience . To drobne i niedrogie udogodnienia które mogą dopełnić ten sympatyczny apartament.

Jest nad czym popracować.

Miły gospodarz, nowy budynek, nowoczesne, spokojne osiedle. Niezłe wyposażenie obiektu. Dobra cena.

Niestety dość brudno. Dużo kurzu na TV, kolumnach, w szafach. Pościel też nie do końca wiadomo, czy czysta zwłaszcza w sofie dla dzieci. W szafie też jakieś pościele nie do końca wiadomo, czy używane, czy nie. Zero lampki nocnej, czy gniazdek koło łóżka. Ocena 8 trochę z nawiązką, bo można te kwestie poprawić i będzie dobrze. Obiekt ma potencjał, ale niestety pod względem czystości najgorszy w jakim spaliśmy od dawna.

Ładny, przestronny apartament. Znajduje się w nowym bloku na osiedlu, blisko tramwaj i centrum handlowe. Czysto i wygodnie.

Die Übergabe war echt unkompliziert, wir haben alle Daten einfach per WhatsApp bekommen. Die einzige Sache, die uns nicht so richtig klar war, war die Nummer des Hauses und der Apartments. Aber der Besitzer hat das schnell erläutert. Ruhige Lager. Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, großem Balkon, freundlichem Besitzer, großem Bett und Schlafsofa sowie einer gut funktionierenden Dusche. Die Haltestelle ist nah. Man läuft ungefähr fünf Minuten. Es gibt keine Backöfen, aber eine Mikrowelle. Wir wären froh über mehr Besteck und Gläser, da wir zu viert waren (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).

Bardzo ładnie urządzone i wyposażone oraz przytulone mieszkanie z ładnym widokiem z balkonu na eleganckim, nowym i cichym osiedlu. Na osiedlu są dostępne wolne miejsca parkingowe. Lokalizacja obiektu i obsługa właściciela na najwyższym poziomie naprawdę godna polecenia. 😀
