Poor experience

Everything inside the apartment is old and broken. The doors, beds, windows and other furniture are all so poor., and the house owner behave strangely and inappropriately, make me feel very uncomfortable. Terrible living experience. Don't recommend.

An avoidable place.

It is important to mention: the host was very attentious. As we arrived late at night, he picked us up at the bus station and drove us to the accommodation.

The reality of the place is far different from the pictures. The advice also needs to be explicit that the accommodations are, in fact, a shared apartment. There were two bathrooms; one was clean, the other stank because some people used to smoke there. The beds were uncomfortable, and a curtain on the window would be a good implementation. The access to the accommodations could have been more remarkable, through an old stair and moody walls.

Great location to use public transport and on a main street so markets and restaurants/cafes were plenty around. The WiFi was very strong and kitchen had basic equipment. Ideal for short term visit.

I did not expect to see luxury conditions here for such money. But it was disappointing that the room did not match the photo, instead of one double bed (as in the photo) there were two single beds. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on the old sofa together. But overall a well deserved 7 out of 10

I would not recommend it for a family specially with kids or elders as was on 5th floor without lift

Location was pretty good. Train or bus station was very near by.

1. Because of its location it was super noisy. Weather was too hot so had to open the windows. But with windows on it was very difficult to sleep even at late nights or early morning. 2. It was on 5th floor without lift. Carrying buggy or luggage was very difficult.

Hi, i liked everything, This is my first travel to Poland, and i would say that i'm lucky to get this accommodation and you will be if you try it. It is very clean and well prepared. The location is very city centre where you have full access to all the city. Last and not least, big star ⭐ to the host, Piotr is a great helpful gentleman.

Near from the center. Location is nice. Staff was kind. You can talk with other guests, cozy.

You should keep in mind this hostel is on 4th floor and the facility isnt perfect looking cause it is in old building. Only one thing, toilet flusher needs fixing. Bed is sofa bed

THE review!

Ive stayed in a city centre first. Then moved to the lake house. I love cheap travels with comfort of your own home. Having to be able to cook, keep stuff in a fridge and washing machine facilities was very, very handy. I ended up staying much longer than anticipated and time extension was well organised as well as the room change. The host is very polite, understanding and accommodating. Great communication skills and very reliable. The lake house is literally 3min walk from a lake and you wake up to chirping of the birds and leaves rustle! Idealic if you want to get away from city honking noises and loud party lads. Room was super bright with massive window and gorgeous view on trees and bits of the lake. Nearby is THE MOST INCREDIBLE sauna (13min walk) called "Ruska Bania" where for 50zł you have 2h session with optional lake dipping between. I tell you it's the way forward, I felt INCREDIBLE after.

The smell of cigarette in a bathroom. Guess people smoking out the window. The flat is on a very top floor and no lift, but I've gained nice butt so it's a bonus. Lake house is far from town and connection isn't as good after night hours, but during the day there is tram and bus that goes to the centre. Also if you're not good with mozzies please come prepared guns blazing! They are hungry motherfluffers!

Nothing, I was moved too a separate place what was a hostel and not what I paid and no where near the original area what was in the middle of town.

the single rum is unfortunately destroyed because of bad smell. most likely from other guest that have smocked in it or something.. the kitchen smell awfully much detergent. probably from a bunk in the kitchen with cleaner stuff in it. i was having 2 hour sleep. this place is not for quest that like fresh and clean air. from now on i will never complain as long the air is fresh. if the bad smell came from other quest that have smoked in the room it is sad for owner. unfortunately some people don't respect the common rules. lesson learned. don't try to withstand the smell. just realize that you drew blank lottery ticket and just book another place to stay. health is much more important than money.

Exceptional

Fantastic location, close to the shops, cafes, small takeaway restaurants. Kino Pionier, the oldest cinema in the world is not far away, circa ten minutes of walking only. Excellent access to public transport - on Szczecin trams and buses full fare for up to 15 minutes is only 2 PLN. In the hostel itself there are two separate shower rooms, two toilets, one very big kitchen with a table and the lounge room with TV so there is a lot of space for everyone. The building is very old, the walls are thick and one can have a lot of peace and quiet while staying in.

Personally, I liked everything there. However I think that it can be difficult to access for people with mobility issues, it is the 4th floor with no lift.

Cheap place with low comfort

The host was very nice, he gave us a warm welcome. The price was fair.

The place is notging like the pictures. The furtnitures are old, visible that they are poorly maintained. The apartment is located in the attick and the windows do not have blinds. it is super hot during the summer. The staircase is super creepy, full of graffities and smells bad, the building is to be demolished soon, I suppose. Climbing up 4 floors can be challenging with the suitcases, no elevator. It is located in a very busy crossroad, always noisy - our room was facing to the street.

Basic but well equipped apartment in the centre of Stettin

All equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and extra toilet. Located quite in the centre - check in was easy and in the evening I had a nice discussion with the owner (son).

Apartment in under the roof, which means lots of stairs ;) maybe this could be mentioned in the webpage No decoration but essentials.

The house is great. That's a real modern style. The attic is amazing

Design is just nothing. It must be good as soon as it is in such a beautiful building but everything was made of cheapest and not good looking materials. Furniture as well is about to die. That awful automatic light which always irritates your eyes.
