Would stay again
Modern, bright, well equipped apartment on the ground floor. Within walking distance to the city centre. Patio with outdoor furniture. Free public car park in front of the building. Supermarket 'Biedronka' a few minutes away on foot. Friendly owner. Good wi-fi. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.
Standard of cleaning could be better. Not much space for clothes in the wardrobe ( did not bother us during our short stay).

Spokojna okolica ale blisko do centrum, gustowne mieszkanie, spora powierzchnia, dużo miejsca do przechowywania, łatwość odbioru kluczy, winda, nie ma co narzekać
Na dłuższy pobyt taras, który oczywiście sam w sobie jest plusem może jednak nie spełniać oczekiwań ze względu na widok i plac zabaw (potencjalny hałas)

Polecam, jak za te pieniądze - super opcja noclegu, tak naprawdę w sercu Szczecina.
Apartament naprawdę spory, dobrze wyposażony - wszystko czego dusza zapragnie w nim jest. Położony w dość dobrej lokalizacji. Zaletą, ale też wadą jest darmowy parking na osiedlu, ponieważ niestety jest ciągle oblegany i żeby znaleźć miejsce parkingowe trzeba krążąc co najmniej 15 minut.
Jedyną wadą, na którą zwróciliśmy uwagę był nieprzyjemny zapach unoszący się po otworzeniu lodówki. Wiadomo - zapach z lodówki nie jest rzeczą nienormalną, ale ten niestety nam trochę przeszkadzał.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na nowym, cichym osiedlu w środmieściu Szczecina. Jest dobrą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania miasta - spacerem ok. 40 min do Wałów Chrobrego i bulwaru nad Odrą. W pobliżu market i biedronka. Mieszkanko czyściutkie, odpowiednio urządzone.

Apartment zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren (leider) nur für eine Nacht hier. Für uns war die Lage perfekt; ins Zentrum geht man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zahlreich vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles wichtige vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Internet war stabil und schnell. Für den kurzen Aufenthalt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Parken an der Straße ist möglich, aber man muss eventuell ein bisschen gehen.
