Nice stay, close to the center of Szczecin! Close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets

We enjoyed the stay, everything was there that was necessary, the apartment was clean. Decoration is nice, makes you feel at home. Close to the center within walking distance to all major attractions in the city, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Definatelly recomment it!

Location in center

We booked accommodation for 4 people but we only received 2 towels. The double bed had possibly the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. Too soft that at night I had the feeling that I might fall out of bed.

We arrived around midnight. Keys were locked in safety box, communication with owner was just great!

Perfect location, poor cleaning

The apartment has a perfect location in the city center, you can walk to anywhere from there. Train station is not more that 15 minutes away. The apartment had all the basics we needed.

The house was dirty. After 3 hours of staying in the apartment our socks were literally black! I need to soak them now for those to be clean. That made me also thinking and wondering if our sheets were actually fresh.

Different Flat

1. After booking the owner sent me some photos of another flat which is not what I booked. The flat is smaller than the one shown on the website. 2. The bed is too soft and we got back pain. 3. There is no air conditioner and it was very warm in the flat.

Location :) And they allowed me to check in one hour earlier.

It is missing a lot of stuff from the kitchen. No peelers, no cutting board, not enough pots, ladles and knives. No microwave oven. It was pretty noisy because of the trams.

Comfortable stay in downtown Szczecin

The location in central Szczecin is perfect if you want to do sightseeing. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately WiFi was not working. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Czysta pościel i ręczniki (pachniały świeżością) 👍🏼

Zapach wietrzonego dymu papierosowego w mieszkaniu z zakazem palenia. Rozumiem, że to goście nie przestrzegają regulaminu, ale warto przedsięwziąć kroki, by tego zapachu się jednak pozbyć. Dla mnie to spory dyskomfort. Dobrze byłoby dodać zasłony. Po jednej w każdym oknie to za mało. Nie spełniają swojej roli, bo są za małe 😔

W smsie wszystko jasne wytłumaczone przez właścicielkę jak dostać się do obiektu. Blisko spacerkiem do centrum, to duży plus. W obiekcie dostępna winda. Blisko do sklepów. Mieszkanie czyste, ale.....

Nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu (jakby starą ścierą myto podłogę). Pościel niestety miała taki sam zapach, eh i to zaważyło na ocenie, dla mnie to mega niekomfortowe.

Situato in un’ottima posizione rispetto al centro, l’appartamento era molto confortevole e pulito.

Nie polecam.

Potrzebowaliśmy czegoś na jedną noc i zależało nam na bliskości do dworca PKP. Znajdował się on około 2 km od obiektu. Jak na nasze potrzeby, wyposażenie w porządku. Od właścicielki dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania.

Użytkowaliśmy apartament nr 8. To, co uderzyło po otwarciu drzwi apartamentu to smród papierosów, o którym od razu poinformowałam właścicielkę, ponieważ na bookingu widniała informacja o zakazie palenia, a po ludzku nie chciałam, by wina spadła na nas. Później niestety było tylko gorzej. Smród papierosów mieszał się z zapachem jakiegoś środka czyszczącego, który przypominał odór w starych pociągach. Pościele śmierdziały tak, że nie dało się pod nimi spać. Wszędzie bardzo brudno, blaty w kuchni klejące, stolik w salonie nieprzetarty, podłoga w łazience brudna. Właścicielka pozwoliła nam wnieść rowery na balkon prosząc, byśmy nie obili ścian, ale ściany już wyglądały tragicznie- brudne i obite. Właścicielka na wiadomości nie odpowiedziała do dnia dzisiejszego. Mimo względnie dobrej ceny, poczucie takiego dyskomfortu nie było tego warte. Pierwszy raz brzydziło nam się gdzieś spać.

Lokalizacja, stosunek jakości do ceny, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkanie na innej ulicy niż ta na booking, jednak urządzone w takim samym stylu jak to ze zdjęć, oraz w bliskiej odległości od centrum.

Brak wifi, wyposażenie kuchni, za mało łyżeczek do ilości przyjmowanych osób. Brak patelni do kuchni indukcyjnej. Nie działający telewizor (do wymiany baterie w pilocie). Inne mieszkanie niż to oferowane na booking.

Dobra lokalizacja, wyprzedzające informacje wynajmującego o sposobie dostania się do apartamentu.

Niestety bez uzgodnienia z nami apartament został zmieniony na inny, wydaje mi się że trochę mniejszy. Apartament wymagałby tez już lekkiego odświeżenia, ściany i drzwi nosiły ślady użytkowania (chyba jakiejś imprezy), brak żarówki w lampce przy łóżku.
