Good quality for money, but no customer care
Proximity to center, to tram station, Żabka and other little shops close by. Apartment with overall good equipment eg. Dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop.
After first day WiFi stopped working and it took 4 days to finally get it working after several “try to turn off/on the router”. There are only two counter stools, no normal chairs - so quite difficult for elder to sit. The mattress is very soft and the bed quite low, as well not so comfortable to lay on and get up. We had to prolong our stay, after long waiting for feedback, we managed to prolong the booking, but only after we had already packed everything and left the apartment in order to respect the checkout hour 11:00. After prolonging the stay, no further bedsheets or towels were provided. Having one set only we had to borrow from relatives one more set so that while the ones provided were washed/drying we had something.

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe unserer Familie also haben wir es nur zum Schlafen genutzt.
Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht, es waren aber nur Handtücher für 2 da. Der Fenstergriff war kaputt was nicht schlimm war aber man kriegt erstmal einen Schreck. Dann war der Griff in der Dusche auch kaputt und auf dem Balkon ein Stuhl. Dann konnten wir kein Fernsehen gucken weil gar nicht genug Steckdosen für die ganzen vorhandenen Kabel waren

Nie przeszkadzało nam to zbyt bardzo ,ale brak wystarczającej ilości gniazdek. Nie da się jednocześnie podłączyć tv i modemu od internetu.
