Magnificent for families with toddlers.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment’s manager gave us clear instructions for everything around, and the place was fully equipped with everything a family could need. During our stay, my toddler fell sick, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they brought us fresh beddings, checked in on his health, and even gave us fruits to help us feel better. Their care and attention made a huge difference, and we truly appreciated it.

Perfect place to stay in Kotor

This property was perfect in all respects. Excellent location, extremely reasonable price, run in the most professional way possible by Kenjisi, clean, new, quiet, and providing absolutely everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for your stay in the area.

Perfect, I would stay again.

The location was great, 10 mins walk from The Old Town but out of the way for peace and quiet. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very kind and helpful.

Excelent beyond words

Short answer, liked everything. Long answer. Home was excelent, facilities, location, host. Everything that you need is in a short walk (less then 5 min to store, bakery, restaurants, city centre). If you want to go to old town... again, 5 minute walk. At the same time it has distance from the main road, so not noisy at all. The house itself, perfect, clean, convenient with a cosy balcony and a small garden in front. Host was the most helpfull host I encountered so far. Thank you Ksenija for the support at all stages of our stay and helping with every question we had. If you want calm, rest type of vacation this place hits 10/10! Will stay here next time Ill be in Kotor

Very nice apartment within walking distance of the old town.

The apartment was modern and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony had a lovely view on the garden and mountains. It is in a quiet location, yet within easy walking distance of shops and the old town. The manager, Ksenija, was very helpful and was in touch regularly. The owners who lived next door were also very friendly.

A cozy, well-located apartment in Kotor, perfect for exploring the charming Old Town

Our family had a wonderful stay at Harmony Garden Apartments in Kotor. Property manager was very friendly and professional. Explained every single bit that was useful for our stay in Kotor. The location was absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the enchanting Old Town, where we enjoyed exploring the charming streets, visiting local shops, and trying delicious Montenegrin cuisine at nearby restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel at home. We appreciated the peaceful garden setting, which provided a relaxing retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, our experience was very positive, and the apartment exceeded our expectations for comfort and convenience.

The only reason we are giving a 9 out of 10 is that a few minor upgrades could be made to enhance the overall experience further. Nevertheless, it was an excellent base for discovering Kotor, and we would gladly stay here again. Would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay at Harmony Garden. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. It's in the perfect location...8 mins walk to the Old Town and in a really peaceful setting with beautiful gardens. Kseniga was super helpful with recommendations.

The apartment was amazing and Ksenjia was super helpful and caring. Even before our stay started, she did her best to assist us. The place was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Lovely and Comfortable stay

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean, quiet, very well equipped with attention given to every need. Very easy communication with Ksenije who was always available on Whatsapp for any requirement and coordinating. She gave us list of great places to eat and explore. Owner was very friendly and stays on site so helped with keys and settling in. 2 minutes walk to a local bakery and supermarket. Old town kotor is around 10mts walk. Free parking on site. Very happy with our choice to stay here

Everything is amaizng

The house's location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the bus station, the beach, and attractions. The house was just as pictured. It was clean and tidy. The host, Ksenija, was very friendly and helpful. She helped arrange dining options and boat tours. If we return to Kotora, we would definitely choose this place again.

One of the best apartments to stay in Kotor.

The landlord was exceptionally nice,helpful and friendly. We were regularly given fresh bedding, towels and napkins to replace used ones. The manager provided all necessary and relevant information needed for attractions, shops, what to do for fun and loads more.

Beautiful modern apartment. 4 minute walk to the food store and less than 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Excellent location with plenty of free parking. The apartment itself was spotless, modern and quiet. Nice view of the mountains. Would stay again

Living in Harmony

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with a superb view. The owner lives next door and he and his wife were wonderfully helpful and responsive, as was Ksenija who manages the holiday stays on their behalf. She gave us lots of really helpful information, organised a boat trip for us and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Just the walk between the apartment and the old town which, in normal weather conditions would be no.problem. It was unusually hot for June (31c most days, sometimes even hotter) and this made the walk a bit of a slog.

The ground floor apartment is modern and was spotlessly clean. Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town. Excellent communication with the apartment manager. We would highly recommend for a few days stay. 😎

Awesome value for money

Property was close to old town hardly 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes from bus station. It was quiet residential area and very peaceful. Ksenija was very helpful she helped us with the speed boat tour which was very fun and she provided taxi drivers contact and whole lot of recommendations.

Very comfortable, enjoyable experience in a safe environment.

Ksenija the manager met us on arrrival. She was extremely helpful, gave us lots of information and gave us directions to the supermarket, bus station and old town. She also assisited us with booking a tour. The location is very central, very close to bus station (approx 3 to 5 minutes), same distance to supermarket and approx 10 minutes walk to old town and harbour. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a welcome gift of some oranges and lemons. All facilities provided.

Clean not so big apartment for 4 people.

The host was in a distance and we communicated by WhatsApp though the owner leaves on the apartment downstairs and was nice. It felt really stingy person to argue with us on 2-3 Finish soap for the dishwasher.

Home in Kotor

The location of the house, its proximity to the city center, and the peaceful atmosphere were all wonderful. Ksenija responded to all our questions and issues quickly and effectively, and was very helpful. We truly felt at home.

Although the apartment was very stylish and beautifully designed, the floors felt a bit cold due to the lack of carpets. Providing slippers or adding rugs to keep the floor warm would be beneficial and add extra comfort.

Our host Ksenija was waiting for us at the apartment even though our bus was more than an hour late. Everything went very smoothly and Ksenija was most helpful and informative. The location was peaceful, outside the old town but only a 10 min. walk from it. A bakery, a grocery store and a good pizzeria a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

a gem in Kotor

Check in was very simple and easy,the accommodation was a new build,very stylish and modern, yet cosy and warm atmosphere. Very meticulously clean,well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The manager Ksenija is extremely helpful and accommodating, the owners were very friendly locals. You have a parking spot next to the house and there is a lovely garden surrounding it, a nice balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or drinks. Location is fantastic because it is only 10 minute walk into the old town of Kotor. We cannot praise it enough,one of the nicest places we've stayed at!

not a complaint but more a personal preference, the bed mattress was very firm, we would normally prefer a softer one,but clean bed and sheets and stylishly decorated!

The communication from the property manager before and during our stay was excellent – friendly, helpful, and fast. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The highlight was the stunning garden where we enjoyed peaceful breakfasts surrounded by nature. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, generously sharing fresh eggs, homemade treats, and their warm company. It felt like staying with family – a rare and memorable experience.

I can’t come to any conclusion about anything. We will return

Excellent views and good location. About 10 mins walk to the old town and a few mins walk to the main bus station. So great location as not too close to the busy old town. Quiet location as well and not facing the main road. Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was in good working order and very new. Staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information. Available to be contacted and quick to respond. Reasonable price. I would recommend this apartment.

Best spot to stay!

Great communication with ksenija! We loved all the little extras (soaps, detergent for washer, etc,). Also lots of Great recommendations! She even helped organize our boat tour. The view of the mountains from the balcony is top notch! Even saw some mountain goats!
