Great location. Right near the bus station. Even though it is on the main road, the apartment is very quiet. Excellent communication with the owner
Checkout is by 9am which it does state in the terms and condition. But we were are to leave our luggage while we waited for our bus

The apartment was very clean and perfect for exploring Kotor and the area. In around 10 minutes you are in the old town, can reach the shuttle to Perast and also the shuttle to the cablecar in walking distance (5min).
A hanger or something like that for the towels in the bathroom would be nice :)

The location was amazing, entrance to the property was excellent.
The large bed room size was great .
No A/C in bedroom , also no fan , very hot to sleep ,very hard mattress in bed room.
Sofa bed was very small to accommodate two children age 16 and 13 , so they had uncomfortable sleep throughout.
Shower is leaking water , so after each shower we need to dry the floor .
Very early check out even though it was mentioned in booking, check out from 7-9am the reason is that the cleaning team need to come at 9 , this is on its own a very negative point for people coming from all around the world to enjoy.

+ Location is pretty practical 10min by foot to old town and with an easy access to the back roads climbing up to Kotors view points
+ Apartment is spacious offering all you need to spread out when staying there a few nights
+ Free parking even though you might scratch the bottom of your car trying to get in
- Check out time is really early (9h). Never seen such an early check out in my travel XP. Owner was kind to grant us an extra 30min but still…
- Bed is a bit on the hard side
- The apartment surroundings are pretty charm less… on one side a congested road heading to Kotor old town. On the other side an abandoned building in ruins… we literally closed the windows during our entire stay
- You need to pay the entire stay in cash which was a pain for us as we are burned our cash withdrawal limits… hence the stay ended costing us a hefty commission at one of those crappy ATM’s downtown
