This was a really nice room, good size, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a very convenient kitchen just outside. Super convenient if you're travelling by bus, as it is 2min walk from the station. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming.
I don't understand why there is a "cleaning fee" excluded of the regular price.

Clean, comfortable, kitchen had decent amenities for cooking
Room was pretty cramped, but ok for one person. Would be more difficult with 2 people. Outside of room the spaces (bathroom, kitchen) were quite cold (winter, heater only in the bedroom).
