I wish I had spent my money elsewhere!

It was possible to walk to the main town area and an underground train station

The communication prior to our arrival was not answered. I had to call for check in details. The check in was then complicated as someone had taken the fob that we needed to enter the apartment. There were no towels. I had to ask for them, then we had four towels delivered, to the wrong apartment, so had to search for them throughout the building. We had six people booked in so four towels were inadequate. There was no bath mat or hand towels either. The sofa bed in the lounge area was single bed size and not as the photo of the apartment showed. I have shared the above with the owner but still no response?!

Not a good place to enjoy a holiday.

Apartment size and location was ok. First impression was good and it felt strange because of the bad rating in booking website.

I'll list only the worst stuffs: Drain pipe from the kitchen sink leaks. They have put a bucket in the furniture under the sink and it was soon full and water came outside. Was a nice surprise for us as we were not at all informed about that from the owner. In the bathroom the Showerhead leaks. Bathroom sink on one side blocked and retained water :((. On the other side you can't control the water temperature. Either you get cold water with very little pressure or you get full pressure with burning hot water. In the main bedroom not a single place to hang or put ur clothes. Parking difficult and expensive.

Location and balcony only good thing about it

Leak on the floor when we walked in , terrible smell coming from the apartment windows had to be open all the time , beds need replacing , 2 towels for the whole duration of stay , no soap or hand towels or anything

This is a budget-friendly accommodation option and thats all.

The communication was always prompt and helpful; they were even flexible with our check-out after we experienced a flight delay and transportation issues in the city.

This is a budget-friendly accommodation option and thats all. The single beds were quite small (I'm 1.60m and can't imagine anyone taller or larger sleeping there), the pillows were uncomfortable, and the shower was disappointing (low pressure, inconsistent temperature). The electric kettle didn't work, and the cleanliness was just average. It would have been worth spending a bit more to stay closer to the city center (the area didn’t feel safe for a 25-minute walk to Grand Place) and in a place with more comfort in general.

Erg jammer.

Al het meubilair valt uit elkaar. De keuken is slecht uitgerust. Het appartement lijkt op geen enkele manier op de foto’s. De bedden zijn echt supersmal (70cm en 140cm!). Het viel enorm tegen.

badge d 'entrée dans l'immeuble récupéré dans un trou du mur de la façade (heureusement pas dérobé !), appartement ouvert clé cachée sous le torchon de vaisselle, divan délabré, un fauteuil branlant, vaisselle et ustensiles à disposition très insuffisants, four sale donc inutilisable et pas de four micro ondes, lave vaisselle inutilisable car filtre très encrassé et évacuation bouchée, vitres sales, pas de tapis anti-dérapant dans la baignoire très glissante

Учитывая, что мы прибыли на место позже назначенного времени, хозяин оставил ключи в секретном месте, устроив нам несложный квест. :) Апартаменты уютные. чистые и расположены очень удобно для прогулок по Брюсселю. Прямо у подъезда даже нашлось парковочное место. В качестве бонуса нам досталось несколько капсул отличного кофе. Спасибо, Брюс!

Не понравилось, что в этот раз в Брюсселе Украина проиграла Бельгии.... Но апартаменты тут не при чём... Обязательно буду советовать этот объект друзьям!

Falta manteniment, dutxa trencada, poca pressió d’aigua, deteriorament per falta de manteniment. Hem hagut d’afegir paper de WC. Ens can donar 1 rotllo per 6 persones 3 dies. En vàrem demanar mes i no ens can respondre.

Amplitud del apartamento, las vistas preciosas. De ubicación está a 15 minutos andando del centro.

Muebles un poco descuidados. Falta presión de agua en la ducha algunos días. Nos dejaron una sola toalla pequeña para cada uno y una de manos para compartir. Ni siquiera una de pies para salir de la ducha.

La pire experience de BnB à ce jour, et de loin. A fuir!

La proximité avec le centre, les connextions avec les transports en commun. Cependant, le quartier n'est pas rassurant avec beaucoup de personnes qui tiennent les murs.

Les voisins ont fait la fête et mis la musique jusque très tard dans la nuit, plusieurs nuits d'affilée. Un jour avant la fin du séjour, la femme de ménage sonne pour nettoyer l'appartement puis appelle le responsable car elle pensait trouver un appartement vide (mauvaise info j'imagine). La personne au téléphone nous a alors traité de voleur et hurlait au téléphone sans même chercher à nous entendre. Elle s'est finalement mollement excusée par message whatsapp un peu plus tard. Attitude déplorable et méprisante, experience traumatisante pour nous. Je ne le souhaite à personne.

Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento. No esta sucio pero esta muy gastado, las sabanas tienen bolitas, el suelo esta muy gastado y en el sofá te hundes
