Munnings Lodge Apartment

Fabulous hosts, so many wonderful extras you dont expect for an apartment hire.

Country Road access - not the fault of the owners, just my own feeling!

The apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable and everything needed had been thought of. Tracey and Paul are perfect hosts, welcoming and friendly, and even gave me a lift to the wedding reception venue to collect my car the next day. I really can't thank them enough and will be recommending Munnings Lodge to everyone.

Honestly I can't fault anything at all. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed in and much better value (and probably more comfortable) than the local hotels.

Tracey had thought of everything and the genuine effort to meet expectations was clear in all the sweet little additional touches that really set this apart from other accommodation around the same price mark. The decor was sensational. Thank you for the lovely breakfast items both dried and refrigerated they made a lovely start to our morning and showed great consideration. It was great to have some Scrabble and Netflix to relax in the evening and the more we scouted around the more we found to make our stay comfortable.

The trap appeared to have been pulled in the shower, though it can happen it left a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The bathroom sliding door was noisy and we felt very aware of the host's proximity and the potential impact on them when using the bathroom late at night.

Could have offered something fresh for breakfast i.e. fruits and croissants.

I didn’t realise that the property was attached to the owners house. Was difficult to tell from the pictures shown. I prefer to stay somewhere with more privacy.
