Gorgeous, modern apartment in fantastic area - everything we wanted!

Lovely area, 2min from metro which takes you to central Brussels in 15mins. I sometimes travel alone and would feel very safe here! Apartment was just as in pictures - bright, airy, modern, very clean. Kitchen has microwave, oven, hob & coffee machine. Some reviews mentioned lack of crockery but I think owner has rectified this - there are new sets of plates/bowls/cups/glasses etc (no bottle opener but we purchased one and left there - you’re welcome 😉 !) Main bedroom has huge double wardrobe so plenty of storage (small room just small cupboard) - beds very comfy, good bedding etc. Yes, as others said, curtains not hugely effective but didn’t cause us any issue. Bathroom is separate from toilet which is great. Other reviews mentioned water from shower leaking in bathroom floor due to no shower door but we had no issue with this and we all took long showers in mornings (it’s a large shower and think the design is really good - also a bath mat is provided were there an issue!). We stayed in December and found the heating was really effective, easily adjusted and apartment very cosy at all times!

You could be really picky about some of the finishes (eg toilet piping / wiring in living areas etc which could easily be tidied up) but honestly we thought this place was great and would happily return!

Lovely stay but feel nxt time will stay closer to the centre.

Stayed in a 2-bed apartment which was very spacious and perfect for our party of four. Had every to hand from complimentary toiletries and towels in the shower room to fully equip kitchen. Very clean and as we were there for only one night we did not see any staff during our stay.

The property was a little further out than we had thought. As only there for an overnight quickest way to head into the centre of Brussels was by Uber which arrived reasonably quickly.

Very spacious. Close to metro. Owner very helpful. Nice shower

Bed was very hard. Curtains didn’t close properly. Kitchen lacked basics. No toaster, iron or washing machine. Car got filthy parked under huge trees

Would stay here again

Excellent location - really nice area with facilities nearby and the metro right there. It was stylish and modern in terms of the decor and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and access via the coded door entry was easy. It was clean and reasonably spacious inside.

The water didn't drain well from any of the sinks or the shower. Think the shower drain/plug might need clearing as the water backed up quickly and filled up inside the bottom of the shower during even short showers. The kitchen could have been better equipped. For example, a toaster and some kitchen scissors would have been useful. We still liked it, though, and these issues didn't cause too much of a problem as we only stayed 2 nights.

Spacious apartment in a good location, but the service levels can be better.

Good location, spacious apartment.

The place was too cold, for us living in Oulu, Finland. When we arrived at night a few windows were left open and the temperature was set to 17.5degC. After the first night, after we increased the temperature settings it became comfortable. The kitchen didn't had much cutlery, no knife, no bottle opener etc.

Prima locatie, in potentie 5 sterren als de schimmel verwijderd wordt en afwasmiddelen klaar staan

Het appartement was best ruim opgezet en een goede locatie als voorovernachting voor een lange vlucht de volgende dag zoals wij hadden. Bedden sliepen prima. Goede woonkamer en keuken. Ook fijn dat je voor de deur kan parkeren.

Er ontbraken middelen om de vaat schoon te maken (vaatwastabletten of sponsje/borstel). Dat zet je wel te denken hoe voorgangers alles afgewassen hebben en jij vervolgens mee gaat eten. Het ergste was wel de schimmel tegen de muur in het kleine slaapkamertje bij het bed. Deze slaapkamer wordt denk ik gebruikt voor gasten (gezinnen) om hun kinderen te laten slapen. Dat wil je gewoon niet: je kind laten slapen direct bij de muur waar het bed staat. Er zit nog geen 10cm tussen.

Grand appartement, propre. Cuisine bien équipée et petit plateau de courtoisie très apprécié (surtout quand on arrive à 23h et le matin il faut un cafe). Horaires d arrivée flexibles. Place de stationnement. Proche du metro. Heureusement que le propriétaire a prévu le boitier avec la clé car le code automatique n'a pas marché (code ok mais la porte ne deverouillait pas).

Le chauffage n'était pas allumé (centrale allumée mais radiateurs coupés). Je comprends bien le motif et j'approuve, mais arrivée avec ce froid et attendre au moins une heure que cela chauffe (surtout pour les enfants) c'etait moyen.

Mycket bra läge och trevlig lägenhet. Modern och fräsch.

Golvet i duschen var mycket halt när det blev blött. Halkrisken var stor. Saknade sänglampor. Dörrkoden krånglade men det fanns en nyckel som alternativ.

L’appartement est spacieux et très bien situé. La place de parking est très appréciable.

Aucun lampe de chevet dans les chambres mais surtout il y a un manque cruel d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas un plat allant au four si ce n’est un moule à cake. Il n’y a que le minimum et c’est bien dommage lorsque que vous êtes en famille.

Está bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad en una zona muy tranquila y con servicios cercanos. Todo muy limpio y bien equipado.

Propre (à part le canapé un peu taché), proche du métro, lits confortables, bien équipé.

Accès à l’appartement retardé par un code non reçu… perte de temps à la porte sans réponse au téléphone… Merci à la voisine qui a réussi à joindre quelqu’un ! On sent et on entend un peu le métro quand il passe…

FEWO Brüssel mit Licht und Schatten

- moderne, große FeWo für 4 Personen - in sehr guter Lage zu Metro, Bus und Bahn - Einkaufen in der Nähe möglich - gute Größe der Zimmer - bequeme Betten - gut bei mehreren Personen das Toilette, Dusche getrennt sind - Sehr guter, freundlicher und zügiger Kontakt zum Vermieter - die Küche ist ausreichend groß, viele Schränke leider leer und leider sehr spärlich eingerichtet: nur 1 kleines scharfes Küchenmesser, kein Brotmesser, keine Eierbecher, keine Schere. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Pad- Maschine, darauf waren wir nicht eingestellt. Es gibt leider keinen Filteraufsatz, keine Kanne. Wir hatten Teebeutel mit zum Glück. - Im Bad fehlte uns eine Ablagefläche und im WC Raum ein Haken für das Handtuch. - zu Beginn mussten wir den Vermieter kontaktieren, da der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft war, innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand vorbei zur Reparatur, sehr Gut!

Csendes hely, közel a metróhoz.

Csendes környezetben van, közel a metróállomáshoz. A közelben egy pékség és nem sokkal távolabb, egy bevásárlóközpont is van.

A probléma az volt, hogy amikor elfoglaltuk a szálást, nem működött a kiskazán. Hideg volt, és nem volt meleg víz. A tulajdonos annyit közöl, hogy majd másnap esetleg keres egy szerelőt, nem nagyon hatotta meg a probléma. Mikor közöltük, hogy ez nem megoldás számunkra, próbált rábeszélni, hogy én hárítsam el az üzemzavart. Nem sikerült. Egy másik szálláson töltöttük az éjszakát. Másnapra megoldódott a probléma. Nem egy olcsó szállás, és az árhoz képest lehett volna jobban felszerelt, illetve lehetett volna kevesebb pókháló.

La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le séjour est agréable et assez spacieux malgré une odeur persistante non identifiable vers le coin cuisine. L'appartement est assez moderne et est très propre. Les équipements de la cuisine sont adaptés (les notices notamment du four seraient les bienvenues) La proximité du métro, d'une boulangerie et d'un centre commercial est très pratique.

Le logement est assez mal isolé. Il faudrait revoir la quantité de vaisselle en y ajoutant des verres à eau, un couteau à pain a minima. Ajouter par ailleurs un balai ou un aspirateur car n'est à disposition du locataire qu'une simple balayette. Remettre la porte vitrée de la douche manquante.

de lokatie had een eigen parkeerplaats en vlakbij het metrostation zodat je snel in het centrum was.

er had wat meer servies mogen zijn. en een bezem zou fijn zijn om na het ontbijt even te kunnen vegen. een prullenbakken in de badkamer zou ook fijn zijn.
