Very close to the Airport, good price, easy to stay over before a flight. Easy info sent through app, clear instructions. Plenty of parking space directly behind the property.

We were on the second floor (no elevator), so it was a minor hassle to get the suitcases with us.

Very good if you need something for early morning flights.

To get the key we had to check the messages in booking.com, not in emails. Make sure you have an internet connection or data before you arrive, so you can check the messages. When we were outside, we could hear the planes taking off from the airport, but not really when we were in the room. I'm a light sleeper, so this was important to me.

I would recommend a shower curtain and larger or more floor towels, because the shower water gets all over the bathroom.

There was no hot water in the morning. Although I understand that it was a busy time, the owner did not respond to my request to fix the problem or provide any guidance. I wonder if hot water is generally in short supply at most properties in Brussels/Belgium or at this particular property.

Really close to the airport(5 min by bus). Really clean. Has most of the essential things needed. Has a microwave if needing to heat up food.

Hallway has no light so it is dark when we need to leave early in the morning. The main door is difficult to open.

The room is nice with adequate space. Staffs give very detail instructions on how to get to the place and access with password is a good idea. Good for guests with car as it’s close to the airport. Because it’s too close, it might be difficult to call taxi.

Lovely and spacious apartment that was very clea. Great bed.

There was no sign above the entrance so it was hard to find. The stairway wasn't the cleanest The noice from the hallway went right through the front door.

Short stay close to the airport

Room was tidy and clean. Excellent Wifi. The airport is just 3 minutes drive.

Made a reservation more than 2 weeks in advance and asked for a parking place in the property and the check-in between 13-14h. The answer through Booking platform was "Dear(...) we're happy to confirm this." So we arrived at the time scheduled and contacted the lady and she apologized saying that they rented the parking place to Uber due to the low influx of tourists regarding Covid-19 restrictions, and that the cleaning lady was still in the apartment, remembering me that the normal check-in is after 15h. (On Booking there is no time scheduled, just a note to inform the property on your arrival time and that was exactly what I did). Still, we had to wait one hour in the car before we could access the apartment. Lastly the apartment was on the 2nd stage with narrow stairs for carrying 2 large suitcases.

Les photos en ligne reprennent plusieurs logements et on ne sait donc pas voir ce qu'on a réellement loué !!!!nous avons eu le B1 ( pour simple exemple la photo ci-dessus ne fait pas partie du B1!!!). Ce n est pas un appart 1chambre mais studio, vitres et parois non insonorisees (on entend tous les bruits des voisins et de la rue, quartier bruyant (café au coin et public ivre), odeur de marijuana dans le couloir, devanture peu avenante ( mauvaises herbes et megots, immeuble faisant penser à des logements sociaux) . Kitchenette : vaisselle sale retrouvée dans un tiroir (et oui une seule grande assiette dispo et l autre cachée dans un tiroir avec la ramessette) Salon: tentures inadaptées aux fenêtres ( trop petites donc laissent passer la lumière ), nounous sous le lit. salle de bain: poils dans evier +odeur tenace de javel. odeur nauséabonde dans le local chaudière (mais non en lien avec d éventuels soit disant travaux dans l immeuble comme prétexté...). A l arrivee : 17 degres! Chaudière en panne, pas d'eau chaude ----)message au propriétaire ( via le site et SMS) laissé sans réponse (bonjour la collaboration) mais quelqu un est finalement arrivé pour solutionner. TRES decevant, 100euros la nuit a fuir!!!

Siistit tilat huoneiston sisällä, paitsi vessan katon ilmastointikanavassa Sänky oli taivaallinen.

Liian kylmä jääkaappi oli jäädyttänyt kaikki juomani, hieman väärä sanavalinta (push/pull-the black button) aiheutti turhaa hämmennystä avainta lokerosta noudettaessa, paikan löytäminen oli hieman epäselvää kentältä tullessa, portaikko oli suorastaan pelottava eka mitään selkeitä kerrosmerkintöjäkään ollut.

Emplacement idéal dans un appartement charmant

Emplacement idéal à 25min à pied de l’aéroport. Appartement avec toutes les commodités.

La pression de la douche est un peu faible mais sinon rien à redire.

Appartamento basico, sicuramente migliorabile comunque ottima posizione e molto tranquilla.

La posizione è ottima, dopo aver ritirato l'auto a noleggio, sono 5 minuti dall'Aeroporto. Il parcheggio è gratis, si trova dietro allo stabile, la sera un faro illumina accendendosi da solo, normalmente però è al buio. Se non avete l'auto, i mezzi sono a pochi minuti, la stazione del treno suburbano è a 150 metri, da lì partono convogli comodissimi, che arrivano dappertutto. Appartamento all'ultimo piano in angolo, molto silenzioso, zona molto tranquilla, a 50 metri ci sono piccoli Market, Bar, altri negozi utili, per chi soggiorna almeno una settimana, consigliamo di fare una bella spesa da Colruyt, che si trova a meno di 10 minuti dall'appartamento, ha prezzi bassissimi.

All'arrivo, pur avendo navigatori vari, non è stato facile individuare Arku Apartments, nessuna insegna, nessun cartello, c'è una piccola placca di fianco alla porta dello stabile che si trova lateralmente, non sulla strada principale. Non c'è contatto diretto con un gestore, anche telefonicamente non parlano italiano, la cucina ha veramente pochi attrezzi e stoviglie, ad esempio c'era 1 solo cucchiaino da caffè, 1 solo bicchiere da acqua, solamente 2 calici per birra/vino, solo 4 piatti, 3 coltelli in tutto, pochi tegami... Pochi altri attrezzi per lo più inutili. Per 5 notti abbiamo avuto solamente 2 teli doccia, 2 asciugamani normali ed 1 ospite a testa, non sono mai passati a pulire o cambiare gli asciugamani.. ATTENZIONE, MANCA IL BIDET, non è semplice curare l'igiene, ci siamo capiti... MANCA IL CONDIZIONATORE, l'apparato a muro sembra essere solo un piccolo termoventilatore a parete, non abbiamo trovato il telecomando, quindi è stato inutile. Nell'appartamento c'era solo un ventilatore a piantana, in TV nessun canale Italiano, per l'immondizia danno solo 3 sacchetti piccoli, fuori in strada, non c'è un contenitore da rifiuti urbano, i sacchetti pieni si ammucchiano in un angolo vicino alla porta dello stabile... (visti alcuni topi nelle vicinanze).. Un problema sono i gradini per salire agli appartamenti, l'alzata e la dimensione non è idonea, soprattutto MANCA L'ASCENSORE!! Portare i Trolley non è stato semplice Nelle scale ogni volta che si percorre il corridoio c'è odore di chiuso, odore di fumi molto vari.. Le serrature dei 2 portoni di ingresso dello stabile non chiudono, basta spingere per aprire, la serratura della porta per entrare nell'appartamento non è idonea, NON LASCIATE MAI DENARO E/O VALORI, manca una cassaforte. Il giorno della partenza, siate puntuali, dovete liberare alle 11:00 perchè alle 11:20 bussano già quelli delle pulizie e dovrete sgombrare subito!!
