Close to the airport

I liked the location because it's very close to the airport. Since we were on a connecting flight, waiting for our next flight was very convenient because we walked to the airport the day before to check everything beforehand.

The stairs, for who has a lot of suitcases is not very practical but we managed it.

Super useful

If you need to stay close the airport but don't want to give up on comfort, this place will definitely do. It's 20 min away from airport, an has a supermarket that closes late, some pubs, etc.

Pillows were not for me, but I reckon pillows are something somehow personal. It doesn't mean they were bad.

Apart from the strange heating system, great apartment near Zaventem airport.

Comfortable, pleasant and helpful assistance, excellent location for the airport.

The heating system is difficult to manage! The gentleman was incredibly helpful and I did exactly what he said but, still, the heating just switches off with no warning and you have to re-start it manually. I did wake up pretty cold this morning!!

Very close to the Airport, good price, easy to stay over before a flight. Easy info sent through app, clear instructions. Plenty of parking space directly behind the property.

We were on the second floor (no elevator), so it was a minor hassle to get the suitcases with us.

There was no hot water in the morning. Although I understand that it was a busy time, the owner did not respond to my request to fix the problem or provide any guidance. I wonder if hot water is generally in short supply at most properties in Brussels/Belgium or at this particular property.

Very good if you need something for early morning flights.

To get the key we had to check the messages in booking.com, not in emails. Make sure you have an internet connection or data before you arrive, so you can check the messages. When we were outside, we could hear the planes taking off from the airport, but not really when we were in the room. I'm a light sleeper, so this was important to me.

I would recommend a shower curtain and larger or more floor towels, because the shower water gets all over the bathroom.

Really close to the airport(5 min by bus). Really clean. Has most of the essential things needed. Has a microwave if needing to heat up food.

Hallway has no light so it is dark when we need to leave early in the morning. The main door is difficult to open.

The room is nice with adequate space. Staffs give very detail instructions on how to get to the place and access with password is a good idea. Good for guests with car as it’s close to the airport. Because it’s too close, it might be difficult to call taxi.

Lovely and spacious apartment that was very clea. Great bed.

There was no sign above the entrance so it was hard to find. The stairway wasn't the cleanest The noice from the hallway went right through the front door.

Short stay close to the airport

Room was tidy and clean. Excellent Wifi. The airport is just 3 minutes drive.

Made a reservation more than 2 weeks in advance and asked for a parking place in the property and the check-in between 13-14h. The answer through Booking platform was "Dear(...) we're happy to confirm this." So we arrived at the time scheduled and contacted the lady and she apologized saying that they rented the parking place to Uber due to the low influx of tourists regarding Covid-19 restrictions, and that the cleaning lady was still in the apartment, remembering me that the normal check-in is after 15h. (On Booking there is no time scheduled, just a note to inform the property on your arrival time and that was exactly what I did). Still, we had to wait one hour in the car before we could access the apartment. Lastly the apartment was on the 2nd stage with narrow stairs for carrying 2 large suitcases.

Aangenaam en comfortabel appartement met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host

Het appartementje was modern en proper, en voorzien van alle comfort. Een grote flatscreen was aanwezig en het internet werkte goed. De badkamer was ook zeer proper. Er waren winkels en een kleine supermarkt heel kortbij.

Er was niet echt iets dat tegenviel. Op een bepaald moment werkte de verwarming en het warm water niet meer, maar dit was ons verteld dat dit zou kunnen gebeuren en binnen het half uur stond er al iemand om het op te lossen. Verder geen enkel probleem gehad. De host was tevens ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam aan de telefoon.

Les photos en ligne reprennent plusieurs logements et on ne sait donc pas voir ce qu'on a réellement loué !!!!nous avons eu le B1 ( pour simple exemple la photo ci-dessus ne fait pas partie du B1!!!). Ce n est pas un appart 1chambre mais studio, vitres et parois non insonorisees (on entend tous les bruits des voisins et de la rue, quartier bruyant (café au coin et public ivre), odeur de marijuana dans le couloir, devanture peu avenante ( mauvaises herbes et megots, immeuble faisant penser à des logements sociaux) . Kitchenette : vaisselle sale retrouvée dans un tiroir (et oui une seule grande assiette dispo et l autre cachée dans un tiroir avec la ramessette) Salon: tentures inadaptées aux fenêtres ( trop petites donc laissent passer la lumière ), nounous sous le lit. salle de bain: poils dans evier +odeur tenace de javel. odeur nauséabonde dans le local chaudière (mais non en lien avec d éventuels soit disant travaux dans l immeuble comme prétexté...). A l arrivee : 17 degres! Chaudière en panne, pas d'eau chaude ----)message au propriétaire ( via le site et SMS) laissé sans réponse (bonjour la collaboration) mais quelqu un est finalement arrivé pour solutionner. TRES decevant, 100euros la nuit a fuir!!!

L'impossibilité de prendre une douche chaude...dans tous les systèmes de chauffage combinés, l'appel d'eau chaude doit être prioritaire sur le chauffage...une visite de chauffagiste me semble vivement nécessaire...ne vaut pas le prix cet inconvénient majeur

Siistit tilat huoneiston sisällä, paitsi vessan katon ilmastointikanavassa Sänky oli taivaallinen.

Liian kylmä jääkaappi oli jäädyttänyt kaikki juomani, hieman väärä sanavalinta (push/pull-the black button) aiheutti turhaa hämmennystä avainta lokerosta noudettaessa, paikan löytäminen oli hieman epäselvää kentältä tullessa, portaikko oli suorastaan pelottava eka mitään selkeitä kerrosmerkintöjäkään ollut.
