Cocoon in East-Brussels

1. 깨끗한 방과 상세하게 마련된 부엌 요리도구들. 그리고 무엇보다 좋았던 분리설치된 세탁기와 건조기. 2. 매일 아침마다 바라보는 브뤼셀 베젬빅 오펨(Wezembeek Oppem) 들판의 멋진 일출 장면. 3. 아기자기한 실내 소품들과 항상 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌을 받은 시설의 컨디션. 4. 내 차량만의 무료주차장이 안전하게 확보된 점. 5. 열쇠수령중에 만난 호스트 아내분이 룸까지 친절하게 안내해주셨고, 매우 친절하고 상세한 숙소시설의 설명에 매우 감사드립니다. 6. 부엌에 비치된 친절한 분리수거 안내판과 분리수거용 비닐은 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 7. 무엇보다 조용하고 편안하고 친절한 미소의 아이들과 이웃들. 8. 반에이크(Ban-Eik) 정거장이 근처에 있어서 새벽5시30분에 첫 기차, 밤10시30분쯤인가에 마지막 기차가 지나갑니다. 누구는 소음이라 할 수 있겠지만 도시에서 자란 저는 무척이나 좋았습니다.

1. 1층외부문은 열쇠없이 그냥 열립니다. 열쇠는 2개로 1층엘리베이터현관문과 숙소문 열쇠입니다. 체크인 열쇠수령방법 메시지를 미리 확인하지 못해 호스트와 전화통화하는 과정에서 당황했지만, 곧 호스트 아내분을 로비에서 만나 열쇠를 수령했습니다. 2. 부엌서랍에 많은 양념류, 청소세제들, 세탁실과 화장실 그리고 창고(?)에 많은 세제들이 준비되어 있었는데, 너무나도 종류가 많아 확인이 어려웠습니다. 3. 1층엘리베이터현관문 열쇠는 -1층(지하)의 분리수거장 출입에도 같이 사용됩니다. 쓰레기를 버릴때 분리수거장이 안에서 문이 닫히니 꼭 가지고 가야 합니다. 문이 자동으로 닫혀 열리지 않아 당황했습니다. 또한 -1층 엘리베이터문을 열고 나오면 분리수거장까지 표지판확인이 안되어 처음 방문객은 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 지하는 입주민들의 개인창고들과 분리수거장으로 구성된것 같았는데 마치 미로같은 지하골목을 센서조명등을 작동시키면서 찾아야했습니다. 분리수거장 표지판이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 4. 본인의 차량은 Volvo xc40 이었습니다. 주차구역이 좁아서 옆차량과 승하차때 상당히 조심해야했습니다.

Appartement très bien équipé, avec un agencement de bon goût. La déco est très sympa. L’emplacement à côté de la station de Tramway est un atout certain pour aller sur Bruxelles.

Appartement qui chauffe rapidement, dut à son emplacement au dernier étage. Climatisation inefficace (bridé ou sous-dimensionné). Désagréable pendant la canicule car le soleil tape sur le rideau intérieur de la chambre et chauffe encore plus la chambre. Grasse matinée impossible. Parking réservé mais impossible quand le voisin empiète sur la place.

The apartment is clean modern and very good organized,in a quiet and green area a very good view from the balcony,with all kitchen equipment, fast internet, and reserved parking space.

There were two and one of us slept on the sofa, the sofa didn't fold out at all,therefore it is not very suitable for sleeping and there was no dedicated sheet for the sofa, we had to improvise one! The kitchen window didn't have any blackout curtains, early in the morning the sun hits the sofa directly and you can't sleep, even for that we had to improvise a curtain!

Un apartamento muy espacioso y con todo lo que puedas necesitar, la zona es muy tranquila y con un supermercado muy cerca. El apartamento está reformado y es muy agradable y confortable, además estaba bastante limpio.

Faltaría algo de información extra para el acceso, nos costó un poco encontrar el apartamento y tamibén la localización de los cubos de basura. Estaría bien tener más detalles para futuros huéspedes. Aún así no perjudicó la estancia, estuvimos muy a gusto.
