Cosy home from home

It was comfortable, easily accessible, all amenities in walking distance from shops and restaurants, I also enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony. Met the proprietor who was so helpful and friendly

The host was very kind and came in 10 minutes after I called him as I thought I had problem pulling out the key from the lock. Actually, it was my mistake. The location was excellent - very close to a tram stop and less than 20 minute walk from the cemetery where I went every day to visit my husband's grave.

The balcony door was challenging to open and close.

Wonderful sunrise views from the balcony.

This is an absolutely wonderful place. The hosts went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. It is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped and everything was in great condition. It is in a really nice area, with private parking and easy access by tram into Brussels. My favourite thing was being able to watch incredible sunrises from the balcony. What a treat staying here was. Highly recommended.

We didnt like that there was no air conditioning even though it was written that there is one in the apartment on "booking"...we settled for a fan which was not always enough on days that the weather was hot ... belgium is not a hot weather country but there are days in july that it was hot ... and the fan didnt help that much

Exceptional

We are using private apartments quite a lot during travels, and this was one of our favorite. Excellent value for money. Highly equipped kitchen, where owners thought about everything needed for a short and longer stay, starting from spices and ending with several pans. Coffee maker, toaster end so on , everything there. Comfy bedroom and living room. The place is exactly as on the pictures and even better. Charming owner! Reccomend 100%!

A beautiful, very well equipped flat in a perfect location. It was quiet and central. Very clean! For us it was base camp during our house move and for that it was perfect! Nice hosts who allowed us an hour later check out - thanks again, that was very helpful!

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is fantastic! Has lots of natural light, is located in a wonderful area with a nearby tram station and is tastefully furnished and decorated. It also comes with all sort of commodities including WiFi and cable TV. The apartment has also private parking spot which is a great advantage in Brussels. The communication with the owner was great as well. We will be coming back :)

Top Appartement mit allem was man braucht!

Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Bilder und sehr sauber.Hätte ich die Zeit gehabt,hätte ich ein 5-Gänge Menü in der Küche zaubern können-es fehlte nichts in dem Appartement.Der Balkon ist schön groß,das Bett sehr bequem.Zu dem Appartement gehört ein Parkplatz.Ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen in den 6.Stock.

Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei-wer Stille von zu Hause gewöhnt ist,erschreckt sich erstmal kurz.

Topverblijf in een supermooi, compleet appartement met een formidabel uitzicht!

Wat een heerlijk appartement! De communicatie met de host verliep voorspoedig en erg makkelijk. Bij aankomst werden we prima telefonisch te woord gestaan door Henri om de sleutels van de toegangsdeur (hal/lift) en appartement te openen. Omdat we met de auto waren, was er een vaste plek (gratis) gereserveerd voor de auto (parkeerplaats nummer 4) en is voor de deur van het complex. Na het uitladen van de bagage, bij entree in het appartement (lift 6e etage) is de eerste indruk dat het ruim en luxe is. En dat blijkt ook al snel zo te zijn! Automatische raamgordijnen, grote openschuivende glazen deuren naar het balkon en een keuken met alles wat je maar nodig hebt inclusief vaatwasser! Kruiden, kookgerei en gebruiksartikelen zijn ruim aanwezig en geeft een huiselijk gevoel van welkom zijn. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig en geeft een blikveld over de groene bossen en de verder gelegen luchthaven. Nabij het appartement rijdt tram 39 welke je al in korte tijd brengt richting centrum of andere bestemming. Het station is op loopafstand evenals de supermarkt (10 minuten wandelen) en de bushaltes. Een mooi centraal gelegen appartement dat we zeker zullen adviseren bij verblijf in en rondom Brussel! Ook het sanitair is netjes en schoon, de inloopdouche met en badkamer is goed verlicht en praktisch ruim, de watertemperatuur is lekker warm. De bedden zijn medium hard en voorzien van een diversiteit aan kussens. Handdoeken zijn ruim voorradig en in de halkasten staan nog schoonmaakartikelen, wasdroger en wasmachine. De woonkamer is voorzien van een chaise longue/grote hoekbank en flat-screen TV met diverse zenders. De bar van de keuken herbergt diverse kasten en lades waarin alles te vinden is dat je nodig kunt hebben voor het verblijf. Al met al een toplocatie om te verblijven! Aanrader!

Omschrijving afval weggooien in het doolhof van de kelder had beter gekund. In het labyrint beneden weet je niet waar je heen moet om het afval weg te gooien. Deze deur zit verstopt aan de linkerkant bij de binnen parkeerplaatsen onder het gebouw! Druk regelmatig op het 'aan'-knopje aangezien anders het licht na enkele minuten uitschakelt en je écht niets meer kan zien!
