Great place and location

Location was close to city centre and Bus/Train station. Fantastic modern property. All the kitchen appliances you need were there. Lovely welcome snacks.

House close to a busy road which wasn't a problem in winter with windows closed but might be an issue with windows open in the summer. Floor boards upstairs were very creeky an noisy.

Emmanuel was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well equipped and we were left a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely surprise. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were very clean. Great amenities. Good location and close to the city centre. Parking space was very good.

Fab stay in Belfast!

We couldn't fault Emmanuel's property in any way. It is such a lovely place and really well-equipped with anything you might need. Great location, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops, markets, etc... Emmanuel was really welcoming and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were sorry to only have been there for one night. Would 100% recommend for your next stay in Belfast!

Excellent stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property was immaculately clean the beds were comfy and there were some lovely touches left with a welcome drink and soft drinks in the fridge even some breakfast items and snacks. The property was well equipped with everything you could need and in a great location for us not far from the centre and parking as well for our hire car. Our party would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was perfect for exploring Belfast, only a few minutes walk to station. Host extremely helpful. House very comfortable and everything we could ask for. Beds very comfortable, whole family very happy in the house.

Great stay right in the center of Belfast.

Everything was nice. Comfy rooms, beds and couches. Great outdoor space. The half bath was a nice surprise. Owner was really helpful and communicated fast.

This was a lovely house: very central, warm and comfortable. The host was exceptional!

Lovely touches on arrival - prosecco and snacks were greatly appreciated! The host kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed, and they went above & beyond when we asked if we could leave luggage in the property for a few hours after check-out.

The host was wonderful, however, possibly a small bottle of milk would be good (although I appreciate with dietary needs this may not be appropriate).

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent throughout – quick responses, clear instructions, and super helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the complimentary welcome prosecco and coffee – such a lovely touch that made the stay feel even more special.

Everything! The location and all the attention to details given by Emmanuel were superb. We were received by a bottle of Prosecco, bottles of water, chocolate and snacks.Each room had wireless chargers for cellphones. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

This review can’t do justice to the lovely home filled with all the amenities a family could need and situated in a great location with walking distance to so many great places in the Belfast City Centre (St. George’s market, Common Market, City Hall, Titanic Museum, shopping, etc.) including public transportation. Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with (quick to respond and easy to contact) and his home beautiful, well designed, and considerately stocked. There is an outdoor space where you can relax in the back, washer and dryer, parking, WiFi, and very comfortable rooms. There were six of us that stayed here and there was plenty of space and we all enjoyed Emmanuel’s graciousness , lovely home and proximity to the wonderful sights of Belfast. Thank you, Emanuel! You and your lovely home made our stay a joy.

Perfect location, it’s very easy to find, very short drive from motorway. 4 of us stayed in the apartment for 1 night. There was a surprise in the kitchen waiting for us as one of us celebrate her 50th birthday. The kitchen was decorated with balloons, banners, prosseco and snacks. The house was very clean. Every room had bottles of water and chocolates in. Emanuel was very helpful to give us an idea where to go out and what to see. He always reply on messages fast and he is also very helpful.

Luxury in the heart of Belfast, ideal for families

Cannot recommend this house enough for your stay in Belfast. Not only was it very central, it was very comfortable and clean. We wanted for nothing, the owner has thought of everything and had left a lovely welcome gift on arrival as well as water and chocolates in the bedroom. We will definitely be back.

What a wee gem

Found this wee gem by accident and really glad I did. Had everything we needed and more. House is located in a nice quiet area but is only a short walk to city centre & bus station. The extra wee touches like phone chargers in all rooms is great and not forgetting to mention the complimentary wine, crisps and chocolates went down a treat on arrival. Will definitely book this again.

Location is great for walking into the city centre! Host made arrangements so we could check in earlier as well as check out later (owing to our flight times) which was such a huge help. Host left a bottle of Prosecco as well as individual water and chocolates for us all. Such a lovely extra which made our stay feel so special.
