A place to avoid in the future.

The heating worked very quickly which was great because we didn’t arrive until quite late.

Where to start? Imagine meeting someone for a date, you have a photo of them from their mid 20s but they turn up & they’re in their mid 50s. They were once beautiful but time hasn’t been kind & they’ve really let themselves go. It was like that. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! The place needs some attention from the landlord company, plug sockets looked barely attached. A smoke alarm in the hall way had been uninstalled hastily & a new one put in but the old wires were left dangling. The really cheap TV worked intermittently. As a landlord myself I know this but I can accept these things as long as it’s safe-ish. What I cannot accept is filth!!! I didn’t meet the cleaner by I imagine they had a guide dog & white stick because the place was gross. The kitchen had a ton of grease on the cooker hood. The en-suite shower roomshower (which I refused to use ) was VILE. Mould around the shower door, the tile grout was black where it used to be white. There was a bloody snot smeared on the wall next to shower cubicle. There were long hairs on the wall in the family bathroom that weren’t ours & I’m pretty sure the shower gel , shampoo & lotion dispensers had been mixed up. The towels smelled as is they been left wet in the washing machine for a few days before being dried & were so old that they had lost all capability to dry anyone. My 10 year old daughter asked me why her duvet was smelly? Upon inspection of the bed there were hairs in her bed, bed clothes were stained, & DEFINITELY UNWASHED from the last guest. I felt DIRTY having stayed there. All in all UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Great location & value for money

Great location, a short walk to everything in the city. Apartment was spacious with everything we needed for a short break. Apartment is in a quiet residential block meaning we were never disturbed. Property owner made great contact with instructions for check in.

Armchair in living room is quite uncomfortable & shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathroom are not what they say they are! Only discovered after I’d put body wash on my hair!

We had a great time. Any negative comments we had were very minor and didn’t bother us that much.

The place was nice, decently clean. The location was great for walking around and shopping. The owner(s) were so nice and very understanding. The beds were really comfortable.

The outside of the building looked a little run down. The hot water in the walk- in shower didn’t work. Really lacked kitchen supplies and the grill in the oven was rusted.

Great location but the flat needs a huge overhaul and need a good decoration and clean

Very very dirty and major need of repairs. No bedroom had a cupboard to hang clothes. The front door was damaged on our return on Saturday night ( however was boarded up very quickly

Hit and miss

The apartment was in a great location with easy access to most things.

Dirty apartment, window had been left open, bird poop everywhere. No heating or hot water, dirty sheet on one bed. However, owners were great in sorting it out and cleaner came back 3 times. I truly believe that this doesn't happen on a regular basis. Owners have part refunded and were extremely sorry.

Great location and plenty of space for my family of 4.

The towels had a musty smell to them. The place wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. But nothing too bad. The price was great for what we purchased.

Decepcionada.

Tinham as tres camas que queríamos.

Sem material para fazer qualquer alimento, falta de pratos fundos, material de cozinha, não tem uma mesa para as refeições e o lugar utilizado é muito ruim, não tem cadeiras suficientes se o apartamento é alugado para 6 pessoas, tem que ter material para ser usado pelas 6 pessoas. Um dos sofás da sala era super desconfortável e o box do banheiro da suite era minúsculo, retornamos com rouxos nas pernas, pois todo o tempo batiamos na cama, pois tem muito pouco espaço. A chave fica presa por um elástico na caixinha da porta, e se mais alguém tem a senha, pode entrar a qualquer momento no apartamento, então, não nos sentimos seguros.
