A reasonable self-catering accommodation

Spacious accommodation, with easy access to restaurants and amenities. Free secured car parking. Cooking and tea making facilities. Smart TV and sofas to relax. Clean bedding and towels. Overall good facilities for a comfortable stay.

Unnecessory deposit insurance. A very messy software for verification took a great effort to make it work. The deposit insurance cost (£35) was unreasonably high for £250 deposit protection. This will be an additional cost to the booking cost, and wasn't made clear at the time of booking. Oven was present but could not use it as no trays available. The kitchen floor was not clean enough.

Clean and comfortable property. Location is very convenient to many Belfast attractions.

The host was very helpful in providing detailed instructions for getting into the property.

I could not download the property access instructions on my iPhone. I had to contact the host for instructions.

Great apartment

They have a video which helps to understand the whole process from acquiring the key to finally getting inside the apartment. Also, the garage door fob did not work initially but they sent a replacement the next day which is so useful. Overall, the apartment is great with useful facilities especially the washer/dryer which meant we brought back less dirty clothes home than expected!

The common door lock was a bit tight to turn so made me wonder if the code is right. The garage door was left open a few times which was a bit puzzling as outsiders could come in and cause something unwanted The apartment has direct access to common garden which can be a bit intimidating at times when other people walks by

Excellent instructions on how to check in and check out. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean. Nice modern showers and kitchen.

Needs complete paint job and new doors throughout. Peeling paint, rusting iron works and jaded and old doors take away completely from modern new fittings

We had a nice stay but the hidden costs took the shine off it for us. Not luxurious really.

We liked the parking. Location was good . We liked the kitchen and use of the dining table. Bed was comfortable. The outdoor space was good.

The whole apartment needed decorated updated. We didn't find it particularly luxurious . The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. We really didn't like the damage cost that had to be paid before our visit. If we knew this at time of booking I would not have stayed here. Needs to be made clear at time of booking ! . Providing all my personal details ie photo of my passport again didn't feel right !

Loved it will be back

Firstly great communication from the company and quick responses to all my queries. Apartment spotlessly clean. Great location to town centre and tourist attractions. Beds so comfortable and everything we needed available. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nothing loved all of it. Maybe some shower gel and hand soap in the en-suite. But that really being fussy as they had some in the main bathroom

The location is great but the whole apartment is just outstanding! new, the kitchen and bathrooms are a dream, honestly, a DREAM! were so luxury and confy we loved it!

You might end up staying somewhere else! Poor communication from property staff if there is an issue.

We did not stay at the property we had booked. Staff contacted on the day to say there was a leak and they had found us a different apartment. The apartment they found for us was far more basic than the luxury apartment we had booked. I contacted the staff directly via WhatsApp and booking.com after the stay to ask if they could refund the difference in price and they did not reply, I contacted booking,com customer service and the property have not replied to them either.
