A very spacious 1 bedroom flat with terrace in the wonderful area of St Johns Wood, one of London's most sought-after residential areas. Whether you're in town for a short or a long stay, the flat is the perfect home away from home.
St Johns Wood Underground station is only 5mins away making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the city and its attractions. The area is home to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and shops, offering you a great opportunity to experience the local culture.
The Space:
The flat features a bright and spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom, and an outdoor terrace.
The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day out exploring the city. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king size bed, soft bedding, and plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a double bath tube, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Certain pets might be accepted upon request ONLY. Please let me know more about your pet when you enquire about the flat.
Other Things to Note:
-the bathroom has a double bathtub with a holding shower and isn't designed to stand up. No jacuzzi
-please be mindful of my neighbours. There is a lovely quiet family living on the 2nd floor. However, when the kids come back from school they can run around the house for a couple of hours. But it does get quiet in the evening
-1st floor flat with no lift- we strongly recommend travelling light.
-please note there is a school behind the building and can get noisy in the bedroom in the afternoon when they have breaks. However, if the door in the living room is closed you can easily work from there quietly
