Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous.
Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!

Plenty of space and very clean! Great location - close to Pisa but far enough away not to worry about crossing a ztl.

The distance from Lucca was too far for someone not with a car although there was a bus service. The rooms were very clean and tiled as was the bathroom which was quite large. The staff I encountered only spoke Italian bar one who wasn't always there so it was to my advantage that I had a little Italian. The majority of the visitors appeared to be Italian. It is a very nice place if you wish for a quiet vacation

Excellent place to stay, nice room, good breakfast, friendly host. Great restaurant within 2 minutes walking distance which is very useful as the place is somewhat out of town.
Realy enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
