Fantastic location which secluded and quiet and within walking distance of the centre of Lyme Regis. The views into the garden and of the sea were beautiful. Unique building with a balcony and large floor to ceiling windows. Parking on site with electric car charging nearby. Friendly owners.
Shower was dated but functional.

The position and view. Very nice and helpful owner who lives next door and was very responsive to a couple of requests that we made.
The slightly limited cooking facilities and equipment.Also, the noisy fridge had to be turned off at night as the sleeping area and kit hen are all in the same space ,

The Bothy is a beautiful little find!
So quirky, rustic, in a beautiful location surrounded by trees and comes with a stunning view too!
A great location when staying in Lyme Regis! Would highly recommend for couples as a very relaxing place to stay!
The shower isn’t very powerful and struggled to get it at the right temperature!

The view from the living area was wonderful. The property was unusual in a good way.
The shower was low on water pressure. Could have had some better leisure seating.
