The property is a modern, spacious, well -appointed apartment. It is equipped with all of the amenities that you would need e.g. dishwasher, microwave etc. It is located about 20 minutes walk away from the sea front and is close to local shops. However, you have to negotiate a steep hill on narrow paths. Whilst this did not bother us, it may be an issue for some. It was good to have designated parking within a gated complex.
There were a few snagging issues - dust behind the single beds and on the extractor fan in the bathroom . One of the lights in the smaller bedroom was not working. There was an issue with inconsiderate guests congregating outside the main entrance, in order to smoke. This apartment is directly underneath the main entrance door. This issue could be relived by having no-smoking signage and a designated smoking area away from the building.

Very clean and tidy, nice kitchen, well equipped and assigned gated parking.
It is very difficult to find, there is no clear signage, instructions provided sending you up a very steep hill.
