Views from the lounge. Balcony. Spacious living area.
Lack of parking but with large public car park nearby wasn't really a problem. Warning - quite a steep hill from car park to accom.

The property fully met our expectations with a very acceptable reasonably central location at a price that was far better value than the local hotels. We would definitely recommend it.
What we didn't much care for was the hill to get to it from the centre and the lack of on-site car parking but both these points were known to us in advance of or stay and we can't really blame the owners for the geography of Lyme Regis whilst the public car parks were in easy reach so no real problem

Fantastic location, lovely property, close to town and the beach, lovely welcome pack
Pub downstairs can sometimes be noisy in the evenings, but this obviously isn’t the fault of the owners, and is nothing a good pair of earplugs won’t solve!

Spotlessly clean and very close to Beach and town
Intolerable noise on both Friday and Saturday night with drunks in the street below for hours into the night.
Lots of noise from surrounding properties too.
