Lovely property, comfy beds, fantastic view and everything we needed.

Quite noisy from the pub next door, dog constantly barking from the property on the other side which isn’t the fault of the property but was a nuisance.

Relaxing and very enjoyable.

The property was even nicer than the pictures; very nicely laid out with lots of light, and space for the three of us. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea and listen to the gulls. We had everything we needed for our stay and the little touches like the welcome treats were appreciated.

Not a negative, but the property requires some challenging uphill walks, especially from the Woodmeade car park. Elderly folks might struggle.

Lovely views

Lovely views, clean, modern. Light inside. Two bedrooms two bathrooms plenty of space. Well thought out; black out blinds etc. Lynne Regis was very well kept. Linen towels etc very new and fresh.

Location was as described but the hill was very steep. Car parking was down the hill. You could drop off stuff at the property but not park outside for very long,

Super place to stay!

A lovely bright mezzanine apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely little balcony for breakfast in the morning sun.

Quite a steep ascent from the beach! Good exercise though if you're fit. No parking and double yellow lines on steep narrow hill made loading/unloading tricky. If you're lucky, free parking on nearly residential streets, or nearby charging carpark.

Spacious comfy pad with brilliant views

Lovely spacious top level maisonette apartment ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children. Double room on top floor and twin room on level with kitchen and bathroom. Gorgeous views over the bay. Just near Nags Head Pub which does basic pub grub but has a pool table and darts so fun and great for sports on TV (happened to be Rugby on when we were there). It is up a big hill, but fine for us and a nice walk. Worth it for the view. Well equipped kitchen and a nice welcome pack. Lovely little balcony for 2 to sit out on.

combi boiler was playing up so couldn't run hot water in the bath at more than a trickle flow, plumber came out very quickly but couldn't fix it. Response from property management excellent. Showers and sinks fine. Was an issue with flow rate. Hopefully it will get fixed.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world with views to die for!

Bay View apartment was just perfect, the most amazing views spanning the bay, we had a mixed bag weather wise so it was equally beautiful watching the sun shimmer on the water across the bay as it was holed up in the apartment on the Sunday whilst a storm raged outside. Cute little balcony to sit on and enjoy a coffee or a wine in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped, we run a busy pub so it was nice to kick back, chill, make some food and enjoy a Saturday night in! Bed was comfy, as were the sofa's in the lounge, bathrooms lovely - one has a roll top bath - bliss!! The whole apartment was spotless on arrival too and they had left a lovely little welcome package. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful little part of the world.

For us it did not matter but the apartment is on quite a steep hill so something to consider if mobility is an issue - the bonus of being on a hill - the views! There is very limited parking outside the apartment, but we got lucky and managed to park opposite, empty the car and then went and parked in the nearest car park which is 5 mins walk away.

Great location near shops and the beach.

Good location, very close to local shops and the beach, on a steep hill that could be an issue to some especially with no dedicated parking space. Two pubs nearby so plenty to keep you occupied, and a nice view from the balcony.

A parking space would be the only thing this accommodation needs, other than that it's a great place to stop.

Spotlessly clean and very close to Beach and town

Intolerable noise on both Friday and Saturday night with drunks in the street below for hours into the night. Lots of noise from surrounding properties too.
