Large, well equipped and comfortable. Good views.
Quite steep walk back from the town centre. We drove virtually every time and in busier times I assume parking would be an issue.

This house is in a wonderful location, with great sea views and a very pretty fifteen minute walk downhill to the sea, following the path along the river.
As mentioned in many of the other reviews there is a steep climb back up the hill but don't let this put you off as the house is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday! The patio at the front was perfect for morning coffee and lunch with the back patio opening off the kitchen with french doors - the sloped gardens are well planted with a few hidden dinosaurs for little ones to find. Do be aware that this property is at the top of a hill, with a climb up steep steps from the drive to the front door, so is only suitable for fit individuals! We loved the welcome pack which contained some local items useful on arrival including tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Our family really enjoyed their stay at Jurassic Sea View, a great base for coastal/country walks and exploring the lovely town of Lyme Regis.

Property itself was great but not very suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Quite alot of high steps and was on top of a hill. It would have been quite difficult without a car
