Location was perfect with great sea beach harbour views and close to fabulous restaurants pubs and cafe. Has wonderful art and crafts character, people stop to take photos of the building. Easy access to load and unload car. Really helpful agent.
Being grade II listed has its quirks including the room layout. Given the premium rental it could be more chiche than shabby inside.

Very quirky property a stones throw from the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of room for all the family. Lots of stairs up to the rooms but not a problem. Lots of comfy chairs to sit and gaze at the sea views and also very quiet. Well equipped kitchen and very clean everywhere.
The showers were rather difficult to figure out and would have liked the plugs attached to the wash basins as looked a bit shoddy. New towels might be nice too.

Location was fantastic
The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were a very odd layout with one bathroom 2 floors below the bedroom in the basement. That bathroom was very cold and felt damp. Furnishings were very tired. Whole place could do with a revamp.
