Loved the decoration. Garden was lovely

Sofa so uncomfortable really needs replacing

The location was excellent. The house was spotless and we had been left some provisions which was lovely.

Not being able to park close by was difficult mainly due to how hilly it is there, particularly steep going up to the car park.

Location stunning, very well fitted out, more outside space than expected, very much appreciated the trolley

Couldn’t open the windows in the main bedroom

After taking a shower, you had to wait an hour before the next person could shower—unless you wanted to flood the entire first floor. Also, when using the bathtub upstairs, the downstairs shower would flood. We only narrowly avoided a serious flood because we noticed it just in time. Additionally, the second key (for the back door) didn’t work, which was very inconvenient, especially when we wanted to do separate things and didn’t know who would be home first. The worst part was the complete lack of response from the property managers. We reported the issues on the first evening, called the next day, used their website, and even tried their WhatsApp service—yet we still haven’t received any reply to this day. We are requesting a partial refund, though we doubt we’ll ever hear back from anyone.
