Smugglers Cottage is a beautiful two-bedroom cottage located in the centre of Lyme Regis, just a few minutes walk to the beach.. 1 step to entrance.
Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, French Doors Leading To Graden
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Bidet, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating included. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture.. Both properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. On road parking. No smoking.. These two lovely cottages Jurassic House (ref UKC4712) and Smugglers Cottage (ref UKC4713) are next door to each other and located in the historic centre of Lyme Regis and with level walking access to the beach and shops only 3 minutes away. Jurassic House has a large garden with sea glimpses and plenty of sunshine all day long. The ground floor consists of three rooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen. There are four bedrooms in total, two on the first floor along with a bathroom and two on the second floor which also has a shower room. Outside, the garden is wider than the house as it crosses over the back of another property next door. Most of the garden is laid to lawn but there is a raised patio section with seating and sea glimpses.
Smugglers Cottage is a charming, cosy cottage with a small delightful, secluded garden which is quite a sun trap. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living/dining room and off the dining area is the kitchen which has been updated. Upstairs, on the first floor is a bedroom with twin beds and the family bathroom. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with a shower room. The garden to the rear of the property is a perfect sun trap, catching the last rays of the day, ideal for relaxing and early evening drinks.
Situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lyme Regis is a sublime location and being located right on the seafront, you can’t get a better location. Charter a fishing boat from the harbour, go fossil hunting or take a walk on the spectacular South West coastal path. Or, for something more leisurely, there are a plethora of pubs and restaurants in the town just waiting to be discovered.
