Love the building! Great view and location. Being able to park at the property was a massive bonus. Welcome pack and having milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Manual was well thought out and had great suggestions for walks, eating out etc. Property was very clean, airy, quiet and spacious for 4 people.
The guest book was full so we were unable to show our appreciation to the owner. Kitchen is a little small so we couldn't all help with cooking/ washing up. Maybe more of a positive than a negative point!

Very will equipped. Good cooking facilities. Clean comfortable beds, great views across the bay.
Poor communication with booking.com. Asked a question about parking as it was unclear. Messaged twice no answer.
We worked out that there was free parking at the rear with designated places one per flat.
But this was not mentioned at any stage in the advert. Or in the information inside the flat.

The apartment was very well appointed, with all the equipment necessary for self catering and it was very clean. The owner had very kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and some local fudge. Instructions for all the equipment and suggestions for places to visit in the area was also included in a folder. There was a dedicated parking place in the car park behind the property, which was very useful, knowing there was somewhere to park when coming back to the apartment.
There was nothing we disliked, but a current bus time table would have been useful, especially as we have bus passes to travel around the area. As the apartment is a fairly steep walk down into the town, we could possibly have used the bus, instead of the car, as car parking was relatively expensive in the town.
