A great house for a family. Two sitting rooms meant adults and young people had space for different activities.

Location of the property was excellent.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms and the kitchen is a little tired. And the towels were not as good as we would have expected. Also, the decking was also needing some attention. Parking in the car park was 3 times what was stated on the details.

The accommodation was top class. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and we'll equipped.

We were unable to unload immediately outside the property due to a local resident parking their car there permanently.

it is in a wonderful position overlooking Lyme Bay

As we are an older group we found walking from the town to the property a bit daunting. It would not be a problem for a younger group

Large property with plenty of space for 4 adults.

Lovely space, especially the top lounge with sea views.

The oven tray still had oven cleaner on it. But top oven was fine.

Would like to have stayed longer.

Lots of space, beautiful views, convenient location while not being in the centre of the town. In the house, there were a lot of leaflets and books which were helpful in planning our activities. Appreciated that the host left a bottle of milk for us, along with tea, coffee and sugar. Small Tesco's and Co-Op were a shortish walk into town, but don't buy anything that you don't want to carry back up the hill. Lyme Regis is very hilly, so that isn't the fault of the property. Private garage, so parking not a problem.

Driving in the town is a bit of a nightmare, but again that isn't the fault of the property, - rather a result of it being such an old and charming place.

Loved the view and the house was comfortable

The spec said the house was a few minutes work from the beach and amenities, this was not true There was a long walk down and up steep roads. We had to drive our elderly relatives
