Great location! It has parking behind the property (a rare thing in Lyme Regis). The apartment was beautiful with a new kitchen and bathroom, very tastefully decorated with beautiful pictures and sea related nic naks around the place. Great view and so near to the beach for shops and restaurants. A fantastic Deli to the left on the corner which has amazing food and deserts, everything was on your doorstep. As you cut through the alley at the end of your road you have some lovely shops we had a great meal at Swim on the sea front overlooking the beach, the beach is beautiful. You are literally next to the cobb to enjoy a walk along it. There are so many food stalls in that first section of the beach near the cobb, you will be spoilt for choice. We had a great week with a visit to Charmouth just down the coast for a bit of fossil hunting.
This is a very small suggestion to the owners as it was basically perfect but it would be helpful to have just one small shelf in each bathroom near the sinks to place our toiletries on, the settees are lovely but a little uncomfortable, they could do with new foam in the actual seat squares that you sit on and maybe a little spruce up of the entrance stairs hallway. None of these affected our enjoyment of the stay at all they are just a couple of ideas to complete the perfection of the property.

Location was great, right in town and near the water. Having parking was a huge plus with kids (although finding the parking area was challenging- better information is needed).
The flat was very comfortable with a nice kitchen and bathroom.
We would stay again.
Major:
The linen was a polyester cotton mix and was so sweaty, we had windows wide open to cool us down so the nights were uncomfortable. I recommend cotton linen. If we stayed again, we would bring our own linen.
Minor:
The pillows could also be updated.
The kitchen was nice but could do with a few more wooden spoons and chopping boards.

We liked the location, the beach, restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. We loved the sea view. The apartment was comfortable, it had everything we needed and the shower was lovely. The allocated parking space was perfect. The welcome bag was a nice touch.
A light switch is needed at the bottom of the stairs to be able to climb the stairs safely at night. The light at the top of the stairs can only be switched on from the top.
There was a lack of garden furniture for three apartments. The bench was very uncomfortable and the table and chairs were rusty.
