2 The Cedars is a beautifully renovated duplex apartment over the ground and lower ground floors, just a short stroll from the beach in Lyme Regis. It offers an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and Nespresso machine, plus a dining and sitting area with Smart TV. There are two bedrooms: a king-size and a lower-ground-floor single, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within short walk.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, air fryer, Nespresso machine. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
