Stylish, Spotless Apartment in the Heart of Lyme Regis

A modern, fresh, and spacious apartment perfectly located within easy walking distance of all that Lyme Regis has to offer. Immaculately clean throughout, with straightforward parking in the bay and a smooth, hassle-free key collection. We’d happily stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

A very relaxing birthday getaway.

This lovely apartment really suited our needs for 2 nights . 3 adults and a dog. It’s been so relaxing to chill out in the comfortable lounge area especially as the weather has been so wet and windy. Very clean and comfortable. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen . Plenty of clear instructions available explaining how ti operate TV etc. I’d definitely stay again !

Lovely stay in a beautiful town

The property was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, lots of space too and great to have 2 loos. The host was very helpful. Parking was super convenient.

A bit noisy from the people upstairs, not their fault just the design of the building, we could hear their TV and conversations. A bit overpriced but I guess that was why it was available at short notice.

Pictures did not do it justice, a lovely apartment with very good quality fittings. Some nice touches around the place made it feel more than just holiday rental. And a partial view of the coastline!

Very lovely apartment. Good value for money and excellent location.

The location in Lyme Regis was ideal. We were on.the edge of town near Woodsmead Hall so we're able to walk in if we wanted to. The apartment had a very clean feel and was welcoming.

The pillows in the double room need replacing. They are so flat all four needed to be stacked to get the right neck height. Also the small window in the double room was locked so you couldn't get airflow at night so it was a little stuffy but that is personal preference and others may be alright with it.

Box is right on other side of the garden gate however there is a step down - you could fall if dark. Better to have the box to the side so you can open door to garden full and then do the code

Such a lovely apartment super spacious and also super clean! Parking right outside the door , everything you need is there, lovely being able to open doors from the bedroom on a sunny morning ! 10 min walk to the town , very hilly!Lovely Lyme !!

Step at front of property was surprising when we walked in. Had I had a suitcase in my arms I may have walked straight off the edge… ideally a larger ledge with corner steps would be safer, or a warning sign on the gate before you enter.

The apartment was a good find with parking and just a short stroll to the front.

Great location with parking. Fantastically clean. Easy access instructions. Great bathroom with large shower.

Both TVs not working - need to upgrade Noise from upstairs. Not an issue for 2 nights but would put me off booking a longer stay. Need some screening in the garden along the fence as you can see straight into the bedroom from the car park.

Great Apartment

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was light and airy with plenty of room for children and furry friends. Toys packed under the TV and various channels available. There was everything their that we needed. Car parking space outside and nice outdoor space for sunny weather. It was about 10 mns walk from town and the beach. If you have mobility issues you may struggle with the hills in Lyme Regis. The apartment was on the ground floor but the floors were not level and there was a step up or down. Not a problem unless you have poor mobility. Also 2 deep steps from the car park to the apartment which could have done with a rail to hold onto. However I can recommend this apartment as the decor was great and you will not be disappointed.

Great size, good for disabled once passed step down to property. Odd step in apartment. If fit then Walking lovely & quite a few nice pubs!

Odd noise from above apartment but nothing too disturbing. No Microwave but again not really required. Unfortunately Lyme Regis steep but extremely beautiful.

Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment in a great location.

Check in was easy, apartment was ready and clean, with everything you would need. Even some basics like tea/coffee, dishwasher tabs. Rooms were spacious and safe for a toddler (couple of steps to watch out). Was in a good location, with parking.

Nothing really, only slight downside was noise from above (footsteps etc), but generally wasn't too long (or at unreasonable hours) and was manageable and in part expected from an apartment. Could of been better sound proofed.
