Fantastic location, Marie gave details of an easy walk to the town and beach along the riverside. She also gave food and drink recommendations along the way. Comfortable rooms and good welcome package of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits and bagels as well as basics like cooking oil and ketchup. Beach towels provided. Games. Enjoyed the hammock.
Private parking was street, resident's parking which was a short walk away. Access was up some steps or along a rear access where bins are stored, meaning it's difficult to get through if using a walking aid or have a pushchair. We had taken our own fans as had my 93 year old Dad with us who struggles with the heat, but with these ongoing high temperatures this would be a good addition.

Maria the host was amazing from start to finish There is nothing left out. You come away she has an amazing starter pack tea coffee milk, washing pods Toilet rolls all there to start your stay. Been coming here for 10 years definitely the best host.
