About this house rental

High Trees is a semi-detached bungalow situated in Lyme Regis, Dorset and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.

Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer. TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road garage parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio with flower beds and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.4 miles. 0.5 miles to near by beaches. Note: Garage parking for one car - garage measurements Length 14'6" Width 7'3" Height 5'5".

Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Lovely bungalow in Lyme Regis
Lovely bungalow in Lyme Regis
Me, my wife and 2 daughters had a perfect week staying in High Trees property. We were lucky that it was just before a heatwave with perfect temperatures of 24 degrees and settled blue skies. 12 minute walk to the town centre so everything accessible by foot so no need for our car. Only issue was the garage size, was a very very neat fit for our VW Tiguan. Initially I parked it to the side of the garage (not obstructing anyone or anything) but used the garage after a complaint by the adjacent neighbour who claimed it was a private road but I saw no signs indicating this. But all in all it was a perfect holiday week in a beautiful seaside town Highly recommended
