Bright and spacious, comfortable, good TV and film stations, well located, great showers. Garden area if wanted.
The kitchen facilities were poor: hob seemed unreliable, very limited kitchen equipment. No welcome pack (have usually arrived to find tea, coffee, milk and biscuits at previous holiday rentals). Could have done with a second key as the key safe was at the office.

Well presented, decent furniture, generally very clean, quality linen/towels. Nice views to Lyme bay. Parking permit included. Fairly close to the town.
Needs bath mat in bathroom, no oven glove/mit, hob dysfunctional, dirty/damaged pans, could do with some more plastic kitchen utensils, watered down hand soap, no shampoo/shower gel dispensers in bathrooms, noisy fridge, irritating loud buzz sounds from (aircon unit?) on adjacent property
