A fabulous holiday property.

We loved our stay at this property. The facilities are superb and every convenience has been considered. The location couldn’t be better as it is central within Lyme Regis, just off of the main shop street. We would definitely book again. .

Cannot fault this property. Only thing to mention is that someone entered the back gate to use the recycling boxes which was odd. I didn’t see them but my son did. Possibly the tenant upstairs, but unsure if this is normal or not.

Outside area perhaps could be a little cleaner. A Nespresso machine would be good. And TV needs to be fixed to allow watching terrestrial channels.

Great apart from the parking

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed in it. If you are sensitive to noise, then don't stay here as it is quite noisy at night. Car alarms going off etc. You are right in the car park in the centre of town which is a great location in many ways. You can easily walk to the beach and all over the town.

Extremely disappointed that we booked the apartment on the basis that there was parking available. Nowhere did it mention that this was only for one car. We were two friends in a two bedroomed apartment travelling from different parts of the country for a wedding. We needed parking for 2 cars!

Perfect stay, would visit again

Property just like the pictures, great location and lots of privacy. We really enjoyed our holiday in Lyme Regis. Nicola also arranged parking for us at the car park just next to the entrance gate and informed us about near by EV charging. Good spacious rooms and living area - just the right space!

It would have been great to have patio done up with some table chairs so we could use it as outdoor seating - as this was shown in the pictures I was expecting it, but this wasn’t a big deal

It was a very tastefully furnished, clean and spacious two bedroom apartment in an ideal location right in the centre of Lyme Regis.

TV needs sorting to be able to watch live terrestrial channels rather than on catch up.

Really comfortable and enjoyable.

The property has been refurbished beautifully and was immaculate and really comfortable. Nicola couldn't be more helpful. Thank you. Very convenient for shop, sea front and bars.

The major downsize is the noise generated by Tesco night staff having cigarette breaks talking loudly between 1 am and 6 am and loading/unloading. We were woken several times. However, this is beyond the control of the owners.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Fittings and fixtures very tasteful with all mod cons.

There was a small problem with the dust bin but our host, Nicola, advised us how to deal with it immediately.
