Surprisingly roomy apartment with great location and views!

Location was great and good to have onsite parking.

Had some trouble with the door keys sticking and causing a problem on entry to the property.

Spotlessly clean, great amenities and excellent location. The bonus of being able to see the sunrise in the morning was wonderful. Really nice to have a parking spot, too!

A clean, attractive and reasonably priced apartment that would be even better for a few minor improvements.

1. It was very clean. 2. It had parking. 3. It was warm. 4. It had good views. 5. The owner was very quick to reply to questions. 6. The price was very reasonable. 7. There was a good TV. 8. The decor was of high quality. 9. There was everything needed to make tea or coffee and to do the washing up.

1. There are no comfy armchairs. 2. A bulb was missing from the ‘hall’ light. 3. The bathroom plug is not serviceable, it is very difficult to pop back up. 4. Locks should be available on any doors in bedrooms and rooms used as bedrooms. 5. The bathroom door lock is not serviceable, it is difficult to unlock. 6. The angle controls of two of the Venetian blinds in the bay didn’t work.

Great location for a few days stay

Great location in a quiet residential area just a short walk to the centre. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Great views across the town with a view of the sea from the front window. Parking on the driveway is a bonus

Lovely flat in the perfect spot, with everything we needed for a great weekend.

We had a lovely stay! The location was great, just a short walk to the town centre, all the main attractions and the seafront. The flat was really clean and tidy, easy to get into and having our own parking space was super handy. We also loved the little extras like coffee, sugar, toilet paper and a hairdryer. Such thoughtful touches that made things even easier. A big plus for me was that the bathroom has a window, which made it feel fresh and airy! I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to others. Just a small note: the flat is up a steep hill (though Lyme Regis is hilly in general), so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

No complaints at all, everything was great! We’d happily stay again.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated place with everything you need

The place is easy to find, good check in info in advance with a lock box. Off street parking available. The apartment is spacious, quiet and nicely decorated, with some lovely unique pictures. The bedroom has blackout blinds and curtains available, and the bed is comfortable. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed. Separate bathroom which is handy if sharing (rather than en-suite). Good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pans, plates etc. I didn’t meet the owner but they provided prompt information and a contact number.

Check out is early at 10am, it would be great to be able to check out by 11 or 12. Some very small things: it would be good to have a tea towel for the kitchen, a lamp by the sofa bed, a recycling box, and a shower rack. These are all minor though, it’s a very nice place and well worth staying in.

Disappointing to have such a poor shower especially in hot weather.

The shower leaks badly so doesn’t really work well. Such an obvious fix and therefore very poor to have this problem.

Super apartment with everything we needed.

A bit out of the busy town so quiet. But a short walk in. Perfect sleeping arrangements for my 13 year old and a sofa bed for my 18 year old (if he’d come too)

Perfect little apartment just outside town, couldn't fault it and lovely hosts!

Ideal for a stay in Lyme Regis, many rentals involve a long uphill walk but not this one! A really pleasant walk along the river. The apartment has everything you need, comfy beds, nice view out the bedroom window, and excellent friendly host! Just went down for one night for a gig in the Marine Theatre and the host couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, was much appreciated.

Short distance to town centre. Off-street parking. Quiet location. Plenty of kitchen items like tea, bags and coffee.

Only one key. Shower slow to get hot. Bathroom needs updating. One of the living room blinds wouldn’t open or close.

Great location, lovely views and a nice short walk into the town. The private parking was a great addition. Communication was great. The guest book with instructions and tips for the area was a lovely thing to do. Thank you for providing this lovely little place to stay for a few nights.

Great place to stay in Lyme Regis

Wonderful stay. We loved the sea views (alongside garden views at the back) and the tranquility. Lyme Regis is a beautiful place and definitely worth a visit. This lovely apartment is within walking distance of town and there is also comfortable parking. There are valuable amenities, perfect for a self-catering family visit. The beds are comfortable and the place is spacious, lovely and clean. The owner gave clear instructions and we felt welcome and content.

Fabulous stay with family

The property was awesome and fabulous. We stayed 4 people and we cooked food as well. They provided all the appliances and all are working. Entire property was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed. Property is with centralised heating. We are highly recommending to everyone who is looking for stay with kitchen. Thanks for the all staffs.

Nice, comfy, clean, everything easy to use, good WiFi, netflix already logged in for kids. Easy 10 minutes walk to town.

All good really. Only thing to comment on is the parking spaces are quite small. I was fine (bmw 2 series) and spoke to friendly neighbour who said other space wasn't being used so no issues, but wouldn't want to park a BIG vehicle there.

We had such a relaxed and enjoyable break in Lyme-Regis, we would definitely recommend a visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Adele's apartment, there was ample room for 2 adults and a 7 year old, the layout was good and the apartment had everything we needed. Information before our arrival was clear and there is also an information booklet in the apartment. We could see the sea from the front and it had a lovely feel. I would definitely choose to stay again, the location was brilliant, although involves a steep hill for any hard of walking but for us ideal, 10 minute walk into the town and a playpark down the road for my son. There is lots to do in Lyme-Regis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Fossil Hunting with the Lyme-Regis museum was interesting and we were lucky in finding some fossils of our own. There are some superb restaurants in the town and lots of local produce to keep those tummies full and palates wetted. We loved the pebble beach and the sandy beach, sunbeds are cheap to hire from the sandy beach. Get down to the beach carparks really early on a sunny day, the beach was already packed by 10.30! The walk to Up-Lyme was easy for a stretch of the legs. Overall a super holiday and a great place to go :)

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in spite of some rather indifferent weather

Near enough to the town to be handy for food shops and outlets Parking on site - we only went out in the car once In a sense it was good for us to have the (steep) walks to and fro - but you need to be reasonably fit and active, so bear this in mind The flat was nice and clean for our stay The garden views out of the rear (bedroom) were a bonus

It was clean and comfy. There was parking for the car and it was easy to walk into the town.

It may have been us old fogies, but we couldn't find the terrestrial TV channels on the high tech smart tv - so we could watch Wimbledon tennis.
