About this cottage rental
Monmouth Cottage is a charming cottage resting in the heart of Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in four bedrooms.
Amenities: Gas central heating and electric woodburning-style fire. Electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space & subject to availability) within 5 minutes walk. Small courtyard terrace with steep steps, patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Due to the age of the property there are steep steps both inside and outside so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when outside due to the steep nature of the steps on the terrace
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
