L'appartement est bien situé pour profiter du cœur de Troyes. Quartier calme. Des commerces à proximité. Un parking gratuit et la facilité d'accès au logement.
Le lit en mezzanine est très inconfortable. Dur et échelle étroite pour y accéder. Le canapé est un peu plus confortable. Pas d'alèse pour le canapé, drap housse juste en taille. Côté salle de bain c'est petit mais bien. Côté cuisine, la vaisselle n'était pas nickel au niveau propreté et il manque une planche à découper. Logement avec un fond de liquide vaisselle et de savon pour les mains. Pas de torchon, ni tapis de bain. Peut être bruyant car on entend les voisins au-dessus. Bref, pas un souvenir mémorable pour ces 2 nuits.
