Convenient apartment for a short stay in Troyes.

The spacious, apartment is in a residential area of apartment blocks, it was not very easy to identify the correct block, Fabrice, the host “guided” us in. There is on site surface parking. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre, there are shops closer. As it’s on the 7th floor you get great views. Troyes is very walkable with many bars, restaurants & shops. Interesting architecture.

The shower is hand held! Some noise from surrounding apartments, but not late, or during the night.

Good location. Easy walk to the center of Troyes. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, main bathroom was nice with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Desk fans in every bedroom was a very nice amenity. Very helpful and accommodating host.

Great apartment in a great town and a great stay.

Fabrice was an excellent host. We did not meet face to face but all communication was very good and he made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious and airy and feels so welcoming when we walk in the door. Kitchen is great, bed comfortable, shower amazing. It's 7th floor but the lift works perfectly. The outer door is security locked. We met quite a few of the other residents and it is such a friendly and helpful estate. It's close to all elements of the town -we were there a week and walked everywhere - there's also a LIDL about 250 metres away. Epinal is a really nice place to visit and stay. Lots of interest and the waterways thread the town and are well cared for with lots of seating - as is the rest of the town. Can't recommend enough!

Great value for money

Good value for money. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. Good location, within a walking distance of the historic city centre. Croissants from the nearby bakery were amazing! Free parking is available at the property, right by the entrance.

The tea mugs were far too small ;)

nice apartment but cannot recommend - especially for families

The property has everything you could wish for.

the beds are very uncomfortable- very hard. towels and bedding is provided but smells of damp the property is in a 10 floor / 160 apartment block the neighbouring apartments are very noisy this is like any other inner-city housing area the smell of cannabis is everywhere

very nice apartment, wonderful stay

Lovely, spacious, clean (everything shines!) and comfortable apartment with everything you need, including a balcony (this detail was important to us, because we smoke, besides, it's just nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee). One of the reviews mentioned the lack of curtains on the windows (as in the photo) - but! there is a magic button for electric blinds :) Large parking near the house, 20 minutes walk to the historical center (the city is beautiful) The owner is nice and friendly, he was always in touch via whatsapp. Warmly recommended!

La vue du 7ème étage. La décoration très sobre et lumineuse.

Le bruit (on entend les voisins parler comme si on était chez eux). L'ascenseur microscopique. 2 personnes maximum alors qu'on était 4. Et vu que l'appartement est au septième étage...

Appartement lumineux spacieux bien situé, à proximité de la ville, bien équipé, un lidl à quelques pas. Parking en bas de l'immeuble avec beaucoup de places pour se garer. Informations claires. Documentation et jeux de société top.
