Very comfortable stay, stylish flat, great location.

The apartment is a stylish conversion in one of the old half-timbered buildings in the centre of Troyes. Spotlessly clean, bright and sunny on the top (3rd) floor. (Infirm guests may find the medieval spiral staircase a challenge.) The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from the historic centre.

The air-con is controlled remotely by the host. We had not come across this before. We were there during the August 2025 heat-wave, and would have preferred to control the system ourselves - cooler in the day, warmer at night.

We only stayed one night and I wish we could stay longer . Good location.

Good bed. Everything as expected. Perfect Location. Already in the center. And the old charming houses all around. With many restaurants. Parking close by. Easy and quick to contact the host . I would recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Fantastic apartment, clean and comfortable. Cozy living room, functional kitchen with coffee and tea. Perfect location close to the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Convenient nearby parking (free in evenings, Sundays and holidays). Excellent communication with Sandra – super friendly and helpful.

The staircase is quite steep and narrow, which could be tricky for someone less mobile.

Spacious, clean and very central. Good choice!

The apartment was big and clean. It had a modern design with classical constructional elements. Very central in the city, very close to parking places. We didn’t use the Netflix TV’s (1 each room) or other facilities. A small Carrefour is in the same street (25m) and a nice bakery (for sandwiches/breakfast) is 50 meters in the same street. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom.

We could not find a remote for the climate installation /AC and we would have liked to have it cooler than the set 24°C. Also the couch/bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Excellent as a couch though.

Super close to the main tourist attraction in Troyes

It’s very close to the main areas to explore the town. It’s actually one of the old half timber houses. These houses have very tall stairs to climb to the bed room.

You only have paid street parking and indoor paid parking. Street parking is free after 7PM until 8 or 9 AM.

Not very comfortable apartment in the historic center.

We like the location as right in the historic center and the little garden. Bedding and pillows comfortable. Host responds quickly and very quiet.

It’s not really comfortable as especially to the 2nd floor where the bedroom is there are narrow stairs with high steps. Bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor so you have to go down 2 flights of not very easy stairs from the bedroom which is not very good during the night. Also beams are kind of low so watch your head for people taller than 1.88 or so.

Spacious and fun. Beautiful loft beams and super-clean. Location amazing for all attractions. Parking was easier and cheaper than expected.

A wonderful place to stay in lovely Troyes.

The apartment is in a superb location, close to all the sights in the old town, walking distance from the train station, close to restaurants, and with a Carrefour City two doors down in one direction and an exceptional patisserie in the other. Lots of space in the apartment, very comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen and quiet at night. Wifi was good and fast. No washing machine but there was a large airer for drying clothes and an excellent Speed Queen laverie 5 minutes walk away. Sandra was a delight to deal with and proactive in addressing issues.

Nothing at all. Had to be a little careful coming down on a couple of the bottom steps but not an issue for us, and we are over 60.

Fantastic!

Very large, comfortable apartment with excellent communication before and throughout our stay. Super short walk to the historical centre and a Carrefour and excellent boulangerie just outside.

Perfect stop en route to Calais and worth longer for beautiful Troyes and a comfortable flat.

Sandra’s flat was in an excellent central location and we were fortunate enough to find a parking space directly opposite. It is immaculately clean and well appointed for a city stay. Sandra had styled it thoughtfully and left basic refreshments and even ice. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well before enjoying a cafe breakfast.

Exceptional

Beautiful old apartments in the centre of Troyes. We never met the host but Sandra looked after us via messages.

One apartment would have been big enough for the five of us if bedding available so we could have saved. We couldn’t find the duvet etc for the 3rd person in the 2nd apartment but of course our fault that we didn’t ask.

Beautiful, well equipped and handy apartment for exploring Troyes!

It was within easy walking distance of the town centre, immaculately clean, well equipped and was part of a medieval house beautifully renovated. We loved it and loved Troyes!

Une hôtesse bienveillante

Un logement très bien situé, à proximité de toutes les beautés de la ville. Un confort absolu. Et surtout une hôtesse accueillante et disponible, joignable au téléphone, et qui n' a pas hésité à se déplacer pour nous prêter main-forte au moment de notre départ, lorsque nous avons retrouvé notre voiture avec la batterie à plat.

Het verblijf in de accommodatie was comfortabel; Troyes zelf viel mij wat tegen.

De locatie is goed, de zeer nabijgelegen supermarkt is erg handig.

Het parkeren van de auto is zoals in elke stad, niet optimaal. Geluidsoverlast van andere gasten, met name het trappenhuis is erg gehorig. De bakkerij (vrijwel naast de accommodatie) oogt op zich wel luxueus maar de vliegen zitten overal op het eten.

Voor een kort verblijf prima

De locatie is prima! Je loopt zo de stad in waar veel te zien is. Je kan je auto 10 minuten gratis voor de deur parkeren zodat je je spullen kan uitkaden. Daarna parkeer je voordelig en dichtbij, bij de parkeerplaats 14 Juillet. Er is een kleine supermarkt in de straat met voldoende keuze en een bakker in de buurt. In 1 dag kan je alle highlights bezoeken. Ruime keuken, prima bed. Geen geluid van de straat want slaapkamer ligt aan de achterkant.

Mocht je van slaapbank gebruik maken, realiseer je dan dat je door de slaapkamer moet om bij de badkamer inclusief wc te komen. Huiskamer zou wat sfeervoller mogen en de slaapbank zit niet lekker als gewone bank. De airco kan je niet zelf bedienen. Daarvoor moet je appen met beheerder. Deze reageert wel direct maar echt handig is het niet. Er is ook maar 1 stand: aan of uit

Parfait pour un séjour près du vieux Troyes et du centre

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le côté cosy de l’appartement, la décoration harmonieuse et moderne, le confort de la literie, la propreté, La proximité du centre ville à 2 mn à pied, la possibilité de se garer assez facilement même dans la rue et l’échange très agréable avec Sandra la propriétaire. La pièce de 1€ du porte-clé qui ne fait que de tomber, et vu l’escalier raide. Tourner sans trouver de place de parking gratuite (ou alors se garer loin).
